“Happy with products ordered. Dogs love the 'new flavour' dental sticks. I really like the jacket bought in sale - though little snug at the moment due to Covid weight :-); a reason to now get that shifted... Delivery was several days later than expected, and I completely understand this will be due Covid working restrictions. The 4 stars were simply due to no reply being received to an email enquiry.”

“up until my last delivery i would have given a rating of 5 stars. however the last delivery was quite badly damaged and although i have been offered a refund on around 5 of the tins of cesar classics dog food, there are so many damaged and i am having to check carefully to make sure the contents have not gone off. one tin was disgusting, so badly rancid !! it had to be well wrapped before it could be disposed of.”

“I was pleasantly surprised to my order of dog food was cheaper than I’ve been paying at my local supermarket and I was able to order all the same flavour. I was buying the assorted pack but now my dog has been diagnosed with diabetes it’s important that it’s all the same. My order was delivered free and it was delivered a day earlier than expected and I was kept updated about delivery. I would certainly recommend Millbry Hill to everyone.”
