“The order was sent out fine (not exactly speedy) but sadly in a ‘Hollings’ pig ear strips’ box. Considering there was a top I ordered for my daughter in there without any wrapping on it I was really surprised Millbry Hill thought this was ok. It’s gross.”

We do try to recycle packaging where possible, however agree that this was not appropriate for the item you ordered. “I have to rate Millbry Hill as very good although there was an issue with the product. DuBarrys Limerick boots don't fit a size 6 narrow, or at least they didn't fit me. My foot would actually go into the foot part of the boot. Also, when I unpacked them I noticed a large scuff mark on the calf section of one of the boots, I think this should have been checked before shipping. Overall though I have to say very lovely people to deal with.”

“The dog food we ordered arrived in good time. Good communication of delivery date too. Unfortunately when it arrived the dog food bag had cleared been ripped & taped back up. Unfortunately not entirely well as it spilled out onto our parents carpet who took delivery for us.”

Very happy with the time it took, ie less than 48 hours. The goods were well packed and the young lady who served me was very polite and professional Thank you”
