Good stuff but still waiting for the martingale stoppers that i ordered.

Hi. I have received my order but fly repellent wasn’t properly closed and leaked into the bag. Instead of 1 litre I got maybe 600ml. The other 2 goods were in good condition.

Address details on parcel incorrect auto fill missed the first 2 lines of address. Therefore undeliverable by royal mail. Sent correct details and now waiting for re delivery.

Hardly anything in stock, rubber overreach boots meant to be cob size, but didn't fit they were small pony size, tendon boots good quality and quick delivery. No time to send overreach boots back as I have a competition this weekend.

First time ordering but wont order again?? I ordered a Joules fine knit sweater. Item arrived with no inner wrapping to protect it and just seemed to have been thrown into a bag. When I took it from the postbag it was so creased I could not have worn it - had to be gently ironed before I even tried it on. Very disappointed and to be honest.... you can purchase Joules items from many stores so dont think I would use Millbry Hill again.

I was so excited about getting this as I heard it was great for rabbits. Unfortunately it completely got matted up my rabbits fur and I had to spend ages grooming as a consequence. Also I heard to the bag moving and thought maybe it was just air inside the bag. This was not the case. To my utter horror and suprise, there was a tiny mouse/ shrew of some description in the bag. It certainly scared the life out of me. I am so disappointed as I know this is a very reputable company. Maybe I was just unlucky with the mouse/shrew but also totally unsuitable for my rabbits. Back to wood pellets for me and shall ring the company today to see what their views are on this matter.

Ordered 3ea. Tubtrugs but instead 3ea. Red Gorilla trugs (in my experience an inferior product) were delivered. Have only given a 3 star rating for this reason.

Hello Brian, I can confirm that you havent received an inferior product. Red Gorilla and Tubtrug are the same company and most of the tubtrug range has now been renamed as Red Gorilla but they are still the same fab products. Thanks, Laura

The packaging of the item I ordered apparently had changed. There was no markings on it to confirm it was as Baileys product indtead of being in a sealable plastic tub in came in an unmanagable sack. I was not happy with this. The sales assistant tried very admirably to explain there were no tubs in China. I wish they had advised me of this prior to my confirming the order.

I can confirm that as per the conversation you have with our customer services team, the packaging on the product is temporary packaging which sometimes can happen if the manufacturer is awaiting their packaging coming from outside the UK. As im sure you can appreciate, in the middle of a pandemic companies have had to adapt to ensure they can operate the best they can. We can reasure you 110% that the product you have received and is correct and as you had informed the customer services advisor, it was very obviously garlic due to its strong odour. Web staff excellent and really helpful, but staff at the collection store were unhelpful and made it out to be a hassle. Disappointed as ordered some plaiting bands to find not with my order something I needed for the show I was going too. Plaiting bands still haven’t arrived.

The service was let down by the carriers arrived 2 days later then should have this has been the second time that the carrier in question has failed to deliver on time as for Millbry themselves cannot fault them

I have got my dog food from millbry hill for a long time but this time I was really disappointed I placed my order on the 10th April and paid for express delivery and did not receive it until April 15th that to me is not express delivery

My order was dealt with fine and can't fault it or the team who dealt with the last issue but had problems again with the delivery, arrived a day before it was supposed to and just dumped over a rail in our front garden, no info card put through to tell us ,wouldn't have even known it was there if I hadn't walked the dog and seen it; delivery service leaves a lot to be desired.

Delivery was really quick even though I changed the address last minute. I was disappointed the way it was packaged, it looked like I’d bought it from eBay. I bought the jacket in the sale but was still expensive and I just expected more than being shoved in a post bag
