Don't buy something that is needed urgently from here. I had ordered some things from here needing it in a matter of urgency and so I paid £15 for express delivery - turns up at my house 5 days later after expecting it within 2 days - this is not express delivery! ended up buying from somewhere else in the meantime and spending double to money...

Placed an order on the first day of sale, had a refund for one of the items Several days later because it was ‘out of stock’ and had been ‘since December 2019’ went into the store only to find the item in there 🙈 emailed to say I’d seen it I store and was basically called a liar. Then waited 11 days for my delivery, like i say I ordered the first day of the sale but received my bridle missing the reins, rang customer service who said they couldn’t find the reins and I could return it for a refund (Not really the point sending me a bridle missing the reins) . Staff in the shop were and are always lovely but what a carry on!

Our courier, FedEx, attempted delivery of your parcel on both the 7th July and 8th July, and are now waiting you to contact them to arrange their final delivery attempt. We have emailed you to confirm contact details for FedEx to enable you to arrange this.
The items in the order are fine but the delivery service was awful! Especially when I paid £5.99 for it to be delivered to the wrong address and then to take an additional 4 days to be corrected. It left me without the food I needed so I had to take a long journey to find a supplier so I didn't run out and now have double the amount!

Goods delivered to the wrong address. Bags split with contents spilling out in to a bigger bag making the order heavy and difficult to handle. Good website and good prices. Nice to get small quantities.

Product arrived on time and a good product. Unfortunately I was a little disappointed, I asked to amend my order around 10 mins after order was placed to add something on which I had forgot. I knew my order would not yet had been processed but I was told I couldn't amend. I was disappointed that I would have to pay another £4 delivery charge if I wanted to purchase another item. With that I didn't buy the other product I went elsewhere.

There was a stain on the right shoulder of the garment which I had to return, resulting in postage costs to me. I have ordered a replacement garment, hopefully it will be stain free.

The wood was rubbish when you put the screws in it split.what it cost the quality is there a rubbish the person that it was for (my mum who is 80 years old was most upset about it )

Why only 5 loose packs of PED1830 when you only supply in boxes of 8? Instead of refund pls send the 3 missing packs because £5.99 postage works out as 40p each for 15 ordered items. Received only 12. if you don't supply missing 3 packs, the refund would have to be 3 x £1.50 + 3 x 40p = £5.70. Each packet of the Pedigree works out at £1.90 if postage is included.

The packaging wasn’t adequate and by the time it arrived there was a hole in the box and so damage to contents. there were 3 balls missing from one of the packs of bird balls, the tins had crushed the nuts and the balls that were left and I assume had made the damage to the box

Millbry Hill is always my first stop for our equestrian needs. However, I was disappointed this weekend when wanting to purchase 2 riding hats for my daughters and was unable to due to extremely low stock levels in the Richmond store. I would expect stock levels of such a vital piece of riding equipment to be kept high at all times. This also meant us having to travel over 30 miles to purchase the hats and you missing out on the sale.

Product & price perfect. I ordered boots which took 10days to be delievered to the store. I did this so if there was a problem i could sort it asap. We buy so much other stuff from the store made sense. After 10 days no sign of my boots. After emailing they magically appeared. However the email only gave me a week to collect. I had been instore 3 times before however had a full time schedual that week so paniced incass you didnt keep hold of my order. No ID was asked for when I collected my order and nor was the item checked in store to make sure it was ok. This isnt the 1st time this exact same issue has occured. Price and product are amazing. Store to store deliever and you guys lose your head. Just be better.

Hello Tony, Im sorry to hear there was a delay with the preparation of your order. I have looked into your order and i can see there has been an issue with the stock and we have had to obtain another pair from another store. We agree with you that this should not have took so long and we will be raising this issue with the store managers to ensure that this does not happen again. I can confirm that all items are indeed checked before they are even sent to a store to ensure that it is in a new condition and without faults. This will be why you havent seen the item checked as there are strict protocols for ensuring the item is correct before the customer even has a chance to see it. Sincere Apologies, Millbry Hill.

No problem with the product provided but delivery timescales need improvement, I had to wait almost two weeks to receive my order. Granted it was over Easter but still unacceptable.

Blouse I ordered came loose in package. One button missing which Was loose in bag so I had to see back on and other buttons needed restitching as loose. Poor packaging, poor quality control.

I wasn't happy with your customer service approach. I felt a product was not what I ordered and a refund was refused even though it was for a small amount of money and would have kept me as a happy and satisfied customer. Instead of which I will not be using your company again.
