“I purchased a faulty set of clippers which I returned. I had a tracking number and knew clippers were with company. No reply for several days. I complained. Fullsome apologies and ass urn that new clippers would be with them last Saturday and sent to me fastest possible thereafter. No further communication, no e-mail to say on way, no email, text or message to update me. They have my money, I have nothing but frustration.”
