“Ordered 2 items, one turned up. Was told the delivery driver had left it in the depot and would receive the next day. Then received a new order confirmation and delivery date, which means the missing parcel hadn’t been sent out with the first parcel at all, so I was lied to. Had to wait a further three days for second parcel to arrive. Other than that the items were good, fairly priced.”

Hi Debra, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I can confirm 110% that both of your items were dispatched on the same day. As per our conversation with you prior to this review, the couriers are extremely busy, busier than christmas and occasionally they will accidentally leave behind part of a customers consignment due to the sheer volume of parcels that leave through their system. You can see via the tracking on your order that both items were in the system the whole time and its not possible that we had sent this at a later date. We are glad that you received your order finally and we are sorry there was a slight delay on the driver eventually getting the second part to you. Sincere apologies, Millbry Hill
