The Dry animal food bin is of good quality is sturdy and keeps the food fresher. It is not however airtight. The convenience of its design allows for easy storage and can easily hold a 12kg bag of dry dog food. Millbry customer service was ok but lacking in keeping me informed of dispatch issues. After two phone calls to find out why my item had not arrived within the two day express serve window I was inform there were problems transferring my item from another branch to them. I was refunded my P & P and my item arrived a few days later. Packaging was far from good my item was dispatch in a thin cardboard box with now extra internal packaging to protect it from riggers of the parcel delivery network. Over all Millbury's service was fair. Dispatch/delivery poor, customer service fair, and Item good

I ordered one item online, to be collected from store, as the postage charge is high, and the item took 10 days to be available to collect, even though it was in stock. I won't order that way again.

Disappointed in postage policy. I paid 3 times; returned the first garment for exchange but still had to pay £4,95 postage plus my postage for return parcel. Other companies do free postage. Wont use again

Two thirds of my order out of stock, slow postage, charged full postaged for one item, won't be ordering again

Customer service was good , sent the wrong product which is my reason for only 3 stars and as returns aren't free I was refunded the difference and kept the item. Disappointingly I still need to purchase original trimmers I ordered as the smaller ones wont do cob feathers well. Wasnt given an indication if they were in stock to reorder.

Was very happy with the service i have received from Millbry Hill....until I had to return a parcel. I wasn't told that the returns form I was sent has a reduced fee section further down the form. The outcome was that I paid substantially more to return my item. When I spoke to someone at Millbry Hill I was told...' with all due respect its not my fault you did'nt read the whole page on returns'!! The download returns button was the first thing you see and anyone would have done the same as me!! Perhaps it is a way of them not having to subsidise the post costs!!

The Returns information page has everything on there that you would need to complete a return yourself. At the top of the page there is the downloadable returns form and then just a little further down the page there is an option for a downloadable and prepaid Royal Mail Returns Label. This is what you need to use to get a return for the cost of £4.99. A returns for can be put in if you wish as it helps us indicate this is your order. I can confirm its not a way of us having to subsidise costs, if a return isnt suitable and you wish for a refund, the cost of the return is always the customers. Disappointed that the product was not sent in protective packaging. Previous purchases have been sent in cardboard boxes. The door stop was delivered by Royal Mail in a plastic DPD bag. Bearing in mind how much mail in handled at Christmas the package probably has not had a peaceful journey. The product does not look damaged but the legs of the dog do not sit flat on the ground.

I was a bit dissapointed in how long it took for my order to arrive in store & also i couldnt get points on my loyalty card for my order I will go to my local feed store next time

Great product, was disappointed with the packaging i purchased two premier equine saddle cloths. Only 1 was in original packaging and they were white! Outer packaging was a black bin bag. Not great as it had ripped.

Item delivered promptly and good quality if a little over priced and a tight fit over my helmet. Would have been better in a stretchy fabric. Put a smile on people’s faces when out for a Christmas hack.

Placed an order to be collected at store. Did not receive an email to say it was ready for collection. Contacted store after 2 weeks who confirmed it was there. When my husband went to collect it he said the staff were rude and insisted I would have been sent email. I DID NOT.

I’ve used Millbry Hill twice now for large bedding bales. The prices are fairly good & delivery isn’t extortionate. My first order arrived within a couple days. Although unfortunately my second order took 11 days. It’s not the end of the world, hence why I haven’t given them a very poor rating, it’s just inconvenient and makes you think twice about ordering again.

Ordered the UV 'torch' for detecting cat pee. Came reasonably promptly in rather tatty packaging but the manufacturer's own packaging was robust enough to give good protection. Surprised to find that it had no batteries (3 x AAA required) but fortunately I keep a stock of that size. The UV beam is powerful and effective, so I'm wondering if the negative reviews I've read about it are because some folk have not realised that you need to install a set of batteries?

Some feedback would be to list the ingredients of each product on your website, as I didn’t realise I had bought something with molasses in it until the product arrived
