I ordered two competition shirts, short sleeves. After 2 weeks I received one long sleeve shirt and sleeveless shirt! When I telephoned I was told they don’t have any short sleeved in stock. Ridiculous, instead of sending what I didn’t order why not email to say they didn’t have the short sleeves and refund me. Instead I had the inconvenience of sending it back. I would not order from you again.

The wait time for my parcel was ridiculous. Nearly 6 weeks and I only ordered a few haynets and feed buckets. Opted for collection because The delivery was so expensive

Fedex the courier were useless, they only have full-day delivery slots and despite promises missed the first three. I sent two messages to Millbry Hill about what was happening and never received any replies.

I had to chase up my order almost one month after placing it as the goods had not been received. I did have a quick response once this was done. One item was out of stock, the second item was in stock but had not been sent separately. I cancelled the first item rather than wait any longer and asked that the second item be delivered. This was done and a refund was made immediately. Would have preferred to have been kept informed from the start, without having to prompt.

Bought quite an expensive item (clothing). Purchase arrived but had no protective wrapper (Or the box that it should have come in). Simpy thrown into a FedEx postal bag and obviously hoped that bag would not tear - it did!

I wanted to purchase a gift voucher for my granddaughter & when I phoned up I was told you don’t post vouchers out. A shop of your quality I found this amazing. I had to print one out at home but to be honest a home printed voucher for £100 doesn’t look as nice as a card with your logo on. Some places even give you the option of paying a little extra & then it arrives in a little gift box with a ribbon round it. If my granddaughter hadn’t specifically asked for a voucher from your shop I would have gone elsewhere

I purchased a pair of Barbour wellies from the company which arrived on time, however; the item arrived wrapped in a black bin bag which did nothing to protect the box that the item came in. This was bought as a Xmas present for a family member and I now have to present the item in a Barbour box which looks like it has been used to play a game of football. I mentioned this to the company and their attitude was that the box is there to protect the item inside and based on the condition of the box then it has done it’s job Not really the kind of thing I would expect to hear given the price I paid for the item and also the brand of the item it was that I purchased They had no alternative stock available to exchange but I was offered a refund which I had to decline due to the timelines to Xmas and trying to find the item elsewhere would have proved extremely difficult

Hi I was a little upset that some of my order was missing when looking on my email it looks like you have refunded me . I’m not sure what item was refunded ? Also when the delivery came the riding boots box was ripped up there was no lid on the box so I am unable to wrap in box for my daughter for Xmas . Order number 370168

I emailed to cancel the order a couple of hours after I placed it. Never received a response, then order was dispatched.

i have used your company before and the service was fantastic, this time i was very disappointed, i ordered 2 bags of feed and express delivery which was £12, the total order was supposed to be approx £36. When i checked the delivery i realised 4 bags of feed were on their way and i was being charged £36 for delivery !!! the total order was £88, this is ridiculous for one horse. I have no idea what happened to your computor system but I know what i ordered and it was no where near what turned up

I was sadly disappointed when the fat balls I ordered arrived. They were loose in a FedEx box, thus several were damaged, I scattered the remnants on the lawn. I sure they would have faired better if they were left in original tubs or plastic bags. I ordered three tubs of fifty each tub, counted the contents of the FedEx box and was four fat balls short. Not a great hardship but they could have fed more birds. All this begs the question, are they actually Johnston & Jeff fat balls, hope they are as our feathered friends won't eat any other.

I ordered online and FedEx had the wrong address uploaded. That was over a week ago and I still haven't received notification of when anything is arriving. Despite being told twice that it is on it's way. Previous order was fine no issues

Ordering the purchase was fine but unfortunately Fedex lost the parcel which does happen but i had no email responses so had to keep calling. Personally their customer service needs a bit of work and training

I felt very disappointed when my Highcliffe Bag arrived as the bag looked either used or that it had been on display for a long time, there was only a small amount of packing inside the bag, the box quite dirty and in very poor condition with the top being completely detached from the bottom.

Goods ordered as a present 10 days prior to the birthday. No indication at time of order of any delay. As no despatch notification received chased Customer Service. Advised goods being despatch immediately and would be one day late. Waited a further 3 days then received a despatch email followed 24 hours later with tracking details from Royal Mail. Goods eventually arrived 4 days after the birthday. Disappointing service all round.

Ordered 2 items, one turned up. Was told the delivery driver had left it in the depot and would receive the next day. Then received a new order confirmation and delivery date, which means the missing parcel hadn’t been sent out with the first parcel at all, so I was lied to. Had to wait a further three days for second parcel to arrive. Other than that the items were good, fairly priced.

Hi Debra, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I can confirm 110% that both of your items were dispatched on the same day. As per our conversation with you prior to this review, the couriers are extremely busy, busier than christmas and occasionally they will accidentally leave behind part of a customers consignment due to the sheer volume of parcels that leave through their system. You can see via the tracking on your order that both items were in the system the whole time and its not possible that we had sent this at a later date. We are glad that you received your order finally and we are sorry there was a slight delay on the driver eventually getting the second part to you. Sincere apologies, Millbry Hill
