I had to chase up my order almost one month after placing it as the goods had not been received. I did have a quick response once this was done. One item was out of stock, the second item was in stock but had not been sent separately. I cancelled the first item rather than wait any longer and asked that the second item be delivered. This was done and a refund was made immediately. Would have preferred to have been kept informed from the start, without having to prompt.
