“Where do I even begin? First their quality, it’s incredible. I’ve been wearing extensions for a long time and with modelling my hair is always getting changed and styled. I’ve tried Bellami several times and always thought, there has to be a line with better quality! Well that line is Milk+ Blush, these are hands down the most amazing extensions!!!! I’m a repeat customer as well, tried different shades and lengths and I have never been disappointed. For the set I just bought, they shade matched me and were bang on!! Secondly, their customer service is absolutely out of this world! For a brand to have amazing quality hair extensions and then have their customer service match the level of quality they deliver is normally unheard of. I use to find ordering extensions such an overwhelming experience (the price, the shade, not being 100% if you picked right) but Milk + Blush gives you buying confidence and makes it’s a great process so you can be excited and not worried. I truly could go on and on about Milk + Blush, every purchase and interaction from them is second to none. If you are looking for hair extensions, you’ve found your match. “I got my extensions in the mail in no time. I sent in pictures of my hair, and then the consultants told me what color they thought would look best. The color that came matches my hair EXACTLY. I love everything about these extensions. My friends have commented on how natural they look, they just forgot I got it cut because it looks so real! These extensions from Milk + Blush have been the best investment I’ve ever made on hair. Ya’ll brilliant, I'm more than pleased!! =)”

“Quick, Luxurious, Thick, Excellent customer service! First of all, I ordered the 20-22" LA Blonde full head clip ins on Thursday and got them on Tuesday (so only 3 days excl. the weekend), very quick, especially since I'm in the Netherlands! Second of all, they are GORGEOUS! Long, soft, luxurious, exactly the right shade for my hair and as the pictures. The ends are thick, as promised on the site, and there were no differently coloured hairs in the set (as I experienced with my other extensions, which I then had to send back before deciding on your extensions, which cost the same but are obviously tremendously better quality). And lastly, your customer service was above and beyond, both via Facebook and email. Lovely, friendly people who obviously know what they're doing and will think of ways to help without you even having to ask! So just wanted to thank you all for giving me a really good product, fast and trackable delivery and great customer service! I am VERY happy! Feel free to use this review on your site too so more people can stop being disappointed by expensive, shoddy hairextensions and order from you so they get quality and value for money!”

“Brilliant customer service, I put the wrong address on my order so it was returned to sender but they sorted it out for me within half an hour and had a new order delivered to me by 1pm the next day. The hair is amazing quality and would highly recommend!”

“Just received my first order of hair extensions and I have to say I am over the moon with them. The quality is excellent and they look fabulous in. The colour of the extensions matched perfectly and you would never know I had extensions in. Love them. “In August I bought the seamless extension set after a rave review by an IG influencer. She said she had hers for a couple years and they were still looking great. I was very torn between what brand to go with. I chose milk+blush. Biggest mistake ever. I have followed the care instructions but within a month they were tangling so bad I couldn’t wear them without embarrassment. I am aware that they say to replace them every 3-6 months but I am a long time extension user. I had to go back to wearing my previous extensions that are 3 1/2 years old, they look much better than the milk+blush set which are only a few months old. I would never recommend this brand to anyone. If you are looking for extensions that wear as your natural hair this is not the brand. I am beyond disappointed and now I don’t have the money to buy a quality product. DO NOT BUY!!!”

“At first I wasn’t sure whether I was making a wise decision as I had read some reviews about slow shipping but I have to say Milk and Blush are bloody marvellous!!! I very unwisely left it until the last minute to order for a wedding client of mine and I missed the last orders time for posting. They still had the extensions sent out to me in time and I literally do not know where I would have been without the help of the fab customer care team. The extensions are exactly what I needed and some. Both myself and my client can’t thank you enough!”

“I cannot recommend Milk+Blush enough! I've never worn extensions before and am so impressed with the quality of the hair, the shade match service and the customer service in general! These extensions blend so seamlessly and are of such great quality, I get so many compliments on them! I ran into a couple of issues with my order and the customer service team couldn't have done enough to help me. So refreshing to come across a company that actually cares this much about their customers. No question is too much trouble and they got back to me so quickly! “I have been a loyal customer to Milk and Blush for 2+ years, at first I really loved the quality of extensions but have noticed that over the years the quality has gotten worse and worse. The latest extensions I ordered showed up in a discoloured box when compared to the boxes of previous extensions. I found this strange but since the extensions looked okay I didn't mention anything. After one month the poor quality of the extensions really showed. The seamless clips snapped in half and the hair was really tangled like dreadlocks. I have ordered from the company before and I have even dyed and washed my previous extensions and they never got to this state. I think that the extensions were being stored in a hot warehouse (hence the discolouration of the box and quality of extensions) when I send them an email about my concerns they had no suggestions. I sent a few more emails and finally they told me that they would review the extensions but only if I paid to send them back. I live in Canada and this is extremely expensive not to mention really bad for the environment to send damaged extensions across the globe just to examine if they were really damaged or not. I asked them if they had another option and they didn't. Needless to say I expected more from Milk and Blush especially since I have been a loyal customer for many years. I have decided to go with Bellami hair extensions instead and they are better, cheaper, and the delivery time is way faster. Dissapointed.”

Our customer service team are always happy to look into any questions or queries you may have related to your extensions and are very prompt with their response times too. I can see that you've been in touch with our customer service team who have advised, as per our quality complaints process, that we would need the hair sent back to us for testing in order to provide a resolution. We do this with any quality related queries we receive so that we can fully determine the problem, which I'm sure you can understand would need to be done before issuing a refund or a replacement set. I can also see that the team have issued you a refund for your shipping costs in order to help with the cost of returning the set back to us, and that your shipping address for the order was based in Europe, not Canada, so therefore could actually be received in 1-5 days for the same amount which has been refunded for you :). Please let us know if this information is incorrect on our system on your account with us and we'll be sure to change this to save any future confusion regarding shipping times and costs. “I have worn these extensions for years!! Since they were branded as Headkandy. I've NEVER found anything better the quality is phenomenal. However, my last set of extensions did not hold up well for some reason or another. I contacted customer service to let them know of my disappointnent and recieved a reply within 5 minutes!! Standard protocols were followed and the hair was to be sent back to quality control for further analysis. A few hiccups occurred with the courier service over a 3 day period so as a gesture of good will, they sent me a brand new set the next working day. They have been nothing but helpful to me- which to be honest, took me aback as I've never recieved such great customer service from any company I've ever ordered from. They are still going to keep in touch with me to let me know the outcome on my old set. I can not fault this company at all. Such a positive experience that I wanted to share. Thanks so much, from a very loyal customer that will ALWAYS be back xx”

“I have to starr by saying I am a fan since 2015 and i can say hair is top quality, however today I had a pretty disappointing experience. I ordered “Honey Hustle” as I got some highlights for my sisters wedding, paid the extra fast shipping to get it on time. Today I opened the mail to find I got a shade called “Bel Air Baby” wich is a very blonde ombre and nothing like the highlighted extensions I needed. I understand mistakes can happen but unfortunately I dont have time for a return, I will take them to a hair dresser and ask what they can do but ofc this is extra time and money :( I wish I would be in the UK but sadly it isnt the case. Girls, please pay more attention as this was an important ocasion for a faithful customer and it was ofc a bummer”

“Been using these hair extensions for years now I've ordered every colour and have always been spot on! So much hair for the price and last ages. Had a few problems with delivery due to royal mail and the milk and blush customer service team were brilliant, replying straight away and answered all questions and offered as much as help as they could.
