“So I ordered a full set of hair Monday (5-10) delivery. They arrived Wednesday so this was a great start. I got home to find the colour wasn't as expected, slightly darker than the photo, I emailed MILK & BLUSH and they were so helpful, they gave me a 10% goodwill discount and gave me NDD, I paid £6.50 and they refunded this for me as soon as my order processed. I happy with the customer service and fast responses. Thank you MILK & BLUSH Hopefully when this new set arrives its a better match. :)”

“I've been looking for extensions for my wedding and I'm so glad I found Milk + Blush. I sent them some snaps of what I wanted and the team sent me loads of useful tips on what to buy along with videos and advice. It was so kind and it made the whole process really quick and easy. I find some hair extension brands quite intimidating but the service was amazing and I'll definitely come back to Milk + Blush again. “I ordered extensions from Milk and blush 5 times, but every time had problems with shipping. Every time I wait longer than a month for my extensions and then I receive an e-mail asking what went wrong. well i have no clue? instead of acting representative, you make the same mistake every time. and if I get my money back I almost get 10 euros less. I still wonder why I order from you. i am a patient person but this is going too far. MILK AND BLUSH TAKE MEASURES!”

Hi Dide, I can see that the team have emailed you with regards to your most recent order which was returned to sender due to multiple failed delivery attempts. This is an issue that needs to be looked into with the delivery partner in your destination country, and is not a mistake on our end, as we only have access to the same delivery information which you provide on your order. Once your order has left our facility it gets handed over to an external delivery partner and it is their responsibility to fulfil your delivery. We can only apologise on behalf of the delivery partner, and we would be more than happy to investigate this with them if you were to contact us directly regarding the issue. We are of course sorry that you have experienced this issue on more than one occasion, however ultimately Milk+Blush has consistently shipped your orders on time and in line with our usual procedures. We have no control over the failed delivery attempts which have been reported by your local courier service. Unfortunately after a certain amount of attempts your order will be returned to sender, which is what has happened on these occasions. With regards to your refunded amounts, they appear 'less' because your shipping costs are deducted from the refunded amount. Please could you at your earliest convenience reply to the email where the team has reached out to you about this situation. We can then try and work together and solve the problem :)

“I’m very happy with the colour choices this company has. It’s been difficult finding an auburn colour for my natural hair colour and they have it!! Plus they have thick enough clip ins (265g) that will blend beautifully with my already thick hair! The shipping was prompt, I ordered it on the March 5 and it was shipped the morning of the March 6. I have not received my extensions yet but will submit another review once I do so! So fare I’m impressed with the punctuality of the company.”

“My experience of the Milk and Blush team has been excellent. They went above and beyond to get my extensions out to me in time for my hen do. The extensions came in beautiful packaging and are of the highest quality. “As a stylist I've used many brands of hair extensions over the years and Milk+Blush have consistently provided fantastic quality and service unlike the majority of other brands in my experience. I've been using them on my clients for years now. The hair is amazing quality and great to work with, and the team there really can't do enough for you. Their communication is second to none and if I've ever had any problems they do their best to fix it straight away. a lot of my clients have continued to use these extensions beyond their appointments with me because they were so happy with the finished look. Can't fault Milk+Blush, would highly recommend for both professional and personal use.”

“Absolutely fab hair extensions! Some background: I got into hair extensions after having my daughter turned my curly hair straight and left me with shoulder length hair (i've always had long hair). After having damage from weaves, fusion and microlinks I decided to try clip ins. I tried low end brands and they were just too thin and crappy. You could tell I had extensions :( Then I found Milk and Blush. My first set was in 2017, I bought the 12-14 inch set. They were fantastic! They matched my colour perfectly, blended seamlessly, looked perfectly natural. I was hooked. After a year, they were too short, so I bought a 16-18 inch set, same effect, they looked amazing! I ended up buying 2 16-18inch sets because I went through a hair dying phase and you aren't supposed to dye these lighter. Anyways, so now i've been wearing my latest set for 2 years and they take a lot of abuse, I iron them daily. But I do take care of them as well, with frequent treatments and heat protector. On to the extensions themselves... They are amazing, the hair quality cannot be matched. They are silky, but strong, super shiny, and thick right to the ends (no stringy ends!) The clips grip perfectly, and the quad weft really blends everything together. I love them! Pros: Amazing hair quality Super thick Low shedding, create a natural look, excellent clips, fast shipping, good customer service Cons: Pricier than other brands (but you get what you pay for I guess), they don't come in the long storage plastic thing, I just find that thing useful. Hope this helps!”

I’ve tried Bellami several times and always thought, there has to be a line with better quality! Well that line is Milk+ Blush, these are hands down the most amazing extensions!!!! I’m a repeat customer as well, tried different shades and lengths and I have never been disappointed. For the set I just bought, they shade matched me and were bang on!! Secondly, their customer service is absolutely out of this world! For a brand to have amazing quality hair extensions and then have their customer service match the level of quality they deliver is normally unheard of. I use to find ordering extensions such an overwhelming experience (the price, the shade, not being 100% if you picked right) but Milk + Blush gives you buying confidence and makes it’s a great process so you can be excited and not worried.
