“I have lost track of how many sets of extensions I have purchased from Milk & Blush over the years, but the first was way back when they were still HeadKandy. My extensions have never got to a point that I couldn't wear them, I have just dramatically changed hair colour over time. I always receive compliments for them and whenever I get them cut in, my hairdressers have always asked what brand they are so they could look into using them in the future. Will never use any other brand. Their customer service is super responsive and they've always made it to Australia in reasonable time.”

“Fantastic hair and fast delivery, communication was very responsive. I love the hair it feels lovely, I think the invisible weft could be a little more thicker as I bought the same some where else and that was a lot thicker. Colour was perfect. The packaging is cute. Thank you milk + blush. 💕”

“I’ll give it a 50/50 Quality of hair seemed good on the sample I was able to touch. Color did not match so instead of receiving an exchange I have to refund the item and reorder. I needed these for an important event and honestly having to return them and wait until I’m refunded the money is a pain in the ass so I will not be ordering them and Will advice anyone to avoid the hassle because chances of them not matching and having to go through all this isn’t worth it.”

“Have to say that I struggle confidence wise with my hair on a daily basis as it’s so fine and fly away. Received my seamless set in 12/14 inch and I have never been so happy with the results as I have previous extensions used. They are so light and comfortable that I can barely feel they are in my hair. Colour match is spot on. I have been so happy with Milk+Blush from the beginning. From the customer service to the amazing quality of hair. Have already recommended to friends! Thank so much I am in love 🤩🤩🤩”

“I love their extensions I have followed the brand since 2010 around and never been faulted on quality. It’s the delivery/ordering that’s the biggest let down. The last two orders I have made there’s always been something wrong with shipping. This time my order was late due to a tech error. I paid extra for next day shipping and it took around 5 days to get my parcel. Didn’t get the shipping fee back but I got a discount for my next order, thanks, but still totally missed wearing them to the event I wanted to look good for. Btw no weekend customer service!”

“I purchased the deluxe hair extension set back a couple of weeks ago. I've been wearing hair extensions for over 10 years and these are easiest the best quality one's I've purchased. The hair is so thick without the tip of the weft being bulky or popping out through my natural hair. The hair itself is silky and double drawn without being wispy at the end. Even the packaging looked expensive. Will defiantly purchase again. Thanks Georgia”

“Great customer care and I love my new hair. The shade match I was given was perfect and my hair arrived on time. The packaging is really nice and it’s really helpful that you get a tester weft to compare colour and length before opening the rest of the hair. Really impressed with the quality of the hair, this is the first time I have bought hair extensions and I would definitely shop here again. The tutorials on the website are really helpful as well. Overall amazing company and product! :-)”

“I am very happy with this company! It was the first time i ordered extencions. Normally i would buy them in the salon in my city wich cost me 200€ more than Milk and Blush, and the same quality. No question is to much. They help you choose the right colour, and making the right decision. By fault of the deliverycompany i did not recieved my extencions and they already sended me my hairextencions, And solved the problem. Their cliëntservice is AMAZING and so are their products. I am very happy i discovered This company. And Will order more from here. Keep up the good work! A real review of a happy customer from Belgium! :)”

“Absolutely appalling! I had been in contact with them due to my tracking not looking right, and expressed my concern. They assured me everything looked as it should 2 weeks later still had not arrived. Contacted them again and they told me my extensions were sat in a post office in Ontario and I could pick them up. I live in Saskatchewan, over a days drive! Why they never got shipped to my shipping address is a mystery and I am frustrated as I kept in contact with them saying something seemed wrong. Now I do not have the hair extensions I needed for a wedding I am a bridesmaid in. Terrible customer service (I have been a loyal customer since they were dirtylooks 5 years ago)”
