“It was really easy to get these extensions - abs quickly which was great as I had a wedding 5 days later. The colour match was great and blended perfectly with my natural hair. They feel really good quality - and there was probably more hair than I actually needed. Would recommend!”

“I would not recommend these extensions. I’m a long time extension user. I’ve used almost every brand. I was excited to see a brand I haven’t used that offered hair extensions. The shipment was fast! The cons for me: the color, the clips and the shedding. My champagne blonde was very yellow and had to be toned with purple shampoo (olaplex). Not that big of a deal. The second con and the most annoying are the clips. They are very poorly secured to the weft with thread and easily come off. Very easily. I personally don’t have a sewing kit to re apply the clips. (This happened to 3 of the 8 wefts.) I have wore extensions for 7 years now, I know how to properly care for them and brush them. Omg do they shed! I’m so scared to even run my fingers through them to untangle them (they easily tangle and give you that birds nest situation in the back). On a personal note I would prefer a couple more smaller clip wefts to blend in the natural hair to the extensions. I’ve bought “cheaper” extensions that are better quality and last a lot longer. (I’ve only had these for 3 weeks)”

“I ordered from the website at 11pm on Thursday and paid for Saturday delivery. The monies was taken and email confirmation of delivery for Saturday was received. The item was not delivered. I contacted milk and blush on Monday and I was told the item was on back order and i was told this on the website and in the email confirmation. This was not true. I even asked where it mentioned this and had no reply. To cut a long story short, I am due to loose my hair, and have been wanting my last few months with my hair to be the red colour I’ve thought of having for years, I had a haircut booked and they were going to match my hair to the hair extensions that arrived. I am now not going to have the extensions on time for my appointment and won’t get a colour match as a result. I would be charged to cancel my hair appointment and it will be months for the next appointment, by this time I will have none of my own hair. I have asked for help and milk and blush are not willing to do anything to rectify their mistake and help me apart from offer a 20% discount that is available to everyone. My personal circumstances are not the companies issue of course, however I wanted milk and blush to understand how emotional and upsetting this is. Please do not trust the delivery times or expect any help if things go wrong.”

“DONT BUY THE TAPES. The hair is stringy, elasticated and melts when you straighten it. The customer service consists of a thousand pre packaged excuses and no intended solution and the quality in no way warrants the price. Go to Amazon - buy there cheapest hair, I promise it will be a quality dupe. In addition, don’t pay for next day delivery, my order took 5 days to arrive. Not. Worth it. At all.”

“Not good quality! The hair is so thin and like rats tails at the ends and of course you can’t tell this until you’ve got it out the packaging, so unable to return and get refund.”

“I chose the light sandy blonde shade in the quad set after sending a photo for colour match and they are lush! I toned them to match my pink hair and they are the perfect match! Excellent quality hair and also very comfortable to wear, definitely recommend!”

“The shipping came fast! Only waited a week for them to come. The best hair extentions I’ve ever tried and I’ve tried every online hair extension company from Bellami, Zala, Luxy, glam seamless, foxy locks. Literally everything. Milk+Blush is the softest , best quality hair I’ve ever used. So happy with my purchase. I got the L.A. blonde (light sandy blonde).”

“They fit seamlessly against your head and the colour was great however in my opinion they have a plastic/shiny look and feel to them that gives a slightly more synthetic appearance rather than natural. I had to use talc powder to make them match my real hair.”

Hi there! I'm so sorry to hear that you're unhappy with our service. As mentioned through emails, our quality team would not send an order that has been cut previously. This is because we do not accept returns on orders that have been tampered with, including the hair being cut. You will note that the wefts are not all different lengths, however the hair is not cut with a blunt edge, otherwise this would not mimic natural hair growth 😊 Unfortuatnly as our team cannot identify any quality issues with your order, we are unable to accept a return on this order. I apologise for the inconvenience, however we can guarantee that this hair has not been cut or tampered with in any way. “My order came and I was so excited! I got a shade match done before I ordered and was shocked when they arrived the seamless extensions were an identical color to my natural hair! So no more toning my hair extensions to match which is super exciting. Also I usually go quad weft but this time I decided to go seamless and I am so glad I did. My clips no longer stick out or are noticeable at all. I have been a long term customer but this has exceeded my expectations.”

“I am IN LOVE with this hair 🥰😍This is the most amazing quality and way better than any extension brand I’ve tried in the past. I compared your sample piece to Glam Seamless and the difference was INSANE. The hair looks soooo natural and feels so soft.
