After taking the tablet I had a severe reaction. flushing, itching and feeling dizzy and faint. I will not take any more- this product should be issued with a warning.

Parcel completely broken. Royal Mail put everything in plastic bag! The contents were all loose with no packing.

The items I received were not the items I had ordered. The shampoo I received was blue not white as shown on the company site. It is also a different formula. It left my hair limp and dull. I have used the Klorane shampoo for years but will not buy them again. I have ordered from Medino before and was very satisfied. They should have changed the photo on their site and I would not have bought this item.

Item arrived with seal open and damaged, not genuine and not safe to take the capsules.

terrible service avoid at all costs they will make you buy the product then say it’s not available then offer loads of alternatives then say then will refund you it been 2 weeks and still i have not got my money back. avoid medino at all cost

You should have received an email from their team as to why. You would have been emailed by the email address pharmacy@medino.com, please do reach out if you have not received any communication. Regarding the refund, are you able to reach out to us at info@medino.com with your order ID? The order you have referenced here seems to have been placed much more recently and we usually find our refunds take 2-3 working days.

The product itself Planet Paleo Collagen is one of the best in the UK market. However your delivery option are ridiculous, royal mail? Seriously? 24h delivery, on what plant you live on? I did order my collagen on Thursday morning, and it was meant to be delivered within the next 24h. I got it on Saturday before 3pm while I was away chasing dinosaurs in Swanage. If I had known, I would ordered it from Amazon. Kind regards, Daria

I have 9 verrucas to treat. I had to answer twice the same question why I want 7 small bottles via emails chain. Finally it has been decided to send me what I wanted and what I paid for. This is a joke. Why they need to ask I need 7 bottles and why it is so suspicious do not ask me. This is pathetic behavior. I hope next time I will have contact with normal people while buying something.

I paid extra for a faster delivery but my parcel did not arrive within the time promised. It was supposed to be a next day delivery and i paid over Β£12 for this. Instead it took four days to arrive. A very poor service and I would like a refund on the extra postage paid
