“Company good,product as expected. Delivery was left in pouring rain,box was soaked through too the tablets.Had too through all the boxes away.Royal Mail not so good”

“A bit miffed at the “small basket charge” on top of postage, particularly as I’ve previously purchased from high street store ‘Body Care’ now sadly extinct, for a around a third of the cost overall.”

“Customer service is great but unfortunately my delivery wasn't packed great & 3 of the bottles in the box had leaked & soaked the base of the box. I haven't been able to let the company know until now.”

“found the correct products and the price was very cheap. payment online was no issue. due to the product cost, i qualified for the next day express delivery. The product was delivered next day although the courier used did not ring the door bell or knock on the door and left the products on my doorstep. It was only by checking in on my emails I had found a confirmation of delivery and there it was sitting on the doorstep. good job it hadn't been raining or taken!! but overall pleased with products”

“Ordered Mounjaro 5mg. Prescription process was in depth and gave me reassurance, spoke to a lovely pharmacist for around 30 minutes on a phone call, we discussed my diet lifestyle and goals. However I must say I was dissapointed with delivery packaging. On delivery everything in the box was soaking wet, including the medicine, medicine safety leaflet, gel pack was completely defrosted and medicine was not at optimal transit temperature (although I will still be able to use the medicine). Even a secure plastic bag inside would have prevented this issue.”
