Good delivery but not enough of the product in stock so I had to pay delivery charge 😠😠

Fast delivery. However, the free item that was provided with my order is no good for me. Vitamin D4 was provided however Medino wasn’t able to customise this according to customer’s needs. I use 1000ui but given was double the dosage. When you advertise, it wasn’t mentioned which dosage will be provided and my common sense says of course Medino will have to customise according to customer’s needs.

We, unfortunately, cannot customise the gift as it is a promotional item and, as we would like to emphasise, is free of charge. Very happy with the prices and items received. However, I ordered more to get 24 hour delivery and it arrived in 48 hours with the box ripped open, so I needn’t have bothered. Nothing was damaged inside.

I get all your products ,the baby wipes the white plastic holder to get the wipes out are always coming off is ther anything you can do about it

Good prices , delivery was late although I paid for next day delivery but it took couple days. For the items all fine but the Lindens Health + Nutrition Hair Skin & Nails tablets were really big and very difficult to swallow, I can’t use unfortunately.

Although I can order and receive within a couple of days, I am very disappointed with the fact that I used to be able to order a box of 32 x Panadol Extra. Now, for the last 3 or 4 months or more, they're out of stock. Now I can buy 14 x Panadol Extra. Fair enough. But at £3.19? No. Not anymore when I can get them cheaper elsewhere at £2.49!!!! That's the only gripe I have. At the moment.

It's ok the medino. The problem is the lotion that i bought AproDerm the date is so quick to expire. I bought 5 pcs and my only son is using it.

My order was delivered a few day late, I almost had to buy replacements locally. Please avoid using Evri as they are the least reliable and certainly not suitable for delivering meds on time or otherwise.

Saline solution (4 items) were a good price & were received quickly and well-packaged. I was very annoyed to realise they were close to Expiry date (08/2023), so I will have difficulty using them up by then. Not such a bargain after all!

When a product is due to expire within 45 days, we advertise them as a 'short date' product and specify the expiry date in the product description. As the product you have purchased is still outside of this time frame, this did not happen. We understand that this system is not suited for products of a larger quantity, such as a year's supply, and are currently working towards improving our software to include this. Item was not delivered, Evri admitted fault but Medino slow to refund and require a form to completed despite Evri admitting it was not delivered to a safe space.
