I purchased 5 items from this company the next day they arrived when I opened the parcel they sent me the wrong items I phoned the company they said they sent me what I ordered, however I did not order what they sent me, I have returned the items back to them as I don't use them, there customer service was very poor as they insisted that they sent me what I ordered, common sense they should have said return the items and when we received them we will issue the refund, but no they were to busy blaming me for there mistake I emailed afew times to ask for the return address as the post code brought me to a different address after asking local businesses did they know where this company was and guess work I found it but not where it was meant to be not very happy with them

We offer our customers a chance to review their order at checkout before payment which we can confirm was offered to you. We also sent a confirmation email so you could review your order in case you made any mistakes - we can confirm that this was received at your email address. Unfortunately, we did not hear from you before your order was dispatched. We can also confirm that we cannot change a basket before, during or after checkout. As stated in our returns policy, returns are to be posted to our warehouse. Candles came smashed , even though the delivery lady said they sounded broken . Asked her to take the delivery back and she said she couldn't. Fair enough , who wants to handle smashed glass. Emailed customer services and through numerous emails , was called a lier. Sent pic , but she said they didn't look smashed ti her

Hi Sara, While we are sorry to hear that, we can confirm that the statements provided in this review are not correct. You reported that you received 2 damaged candles however you refused to provide the names of the candles that arrived damaged. While we could see that the Yankee Candle Home Cinnamon Cider was damaged, we could not identify the other candle as you purchased a variety. As explained, we need to identify any damaged products not only to have an accurate report but also in order to know which items we are refunding or replacing. After multiple emails, you then provided a photo of the other candle to identify it however this candle was in perfect condition which caused confusion. You were not called a liar; we simply asked why the product you sent a photo of was not damaged for clarification. If you had provided the names of the products as requested, this would not have been an issue. Since the information has been provided and the issue has been resolved, we have issued a refund for the damaged items. All 4 bottles of Blink Total Care Disinfecting Solution, which arrived on 3rd August, show an expiry date 2023/09. It is estimated that one of these bottles should last about a month and I haven't even finished the one I'm using at the moment! So 3 bottles will be entirely wasted! I certainly wont be purchasing anymore products from Medino.

Hello I have contacted you about the dummies I purchased. They wernt the designs as stated and were mixed boys and girls, when I specifically chose them for the design with dinosaurs. This could be a genuine mistake. Would someone please contact me to resolve this please.

Still waiting on an order I placed last week. This is the 3rd time there has been an issue with my order being delivered. Yesterday, I got in touch to ask where my order was and this time the courier alledgely lost it. Expected to have my parcel redelivered today but they haven't bothered replying to my email asking how I wanted to proceed. I asked for a redeliver. Also one of my items was now out of stock. Just overall, I feel the service is poor. They used to be amazing but I no longer feel this is the case.

Did not appreciate dispatch being delayed whilst a pharmacist decided whether to 'approve; my order, and then gave patronising advice, which I did not need. If I ordered a ladder from a hardware store, I would not expect despatch to be delayed in order to be sent advice that when climbing it I must be careful not to fall off. I can work this out for myself.

This is a legal requirement, for your safety and the safety of our staff. Despite this, your order was approved, dispatched and delivered within the time we had advised on our website and in our confirmation emails. Our pharmacist wrote the following in their approval email: Please note that in case your symptoms change or worsen it is important to consult your GP or Doctor before continuing self-treatment with over-the-counter medications. We are sorry if you have taken any offense to this however it is our duty and goal as an online pharmacy to provide a safe and secure service - this includes making sure our customers are fully aware of the precautions of any medication they are taking.
