I want to know if it works from the reviews. If a filter has been applied to comments on product efficacy, that's a red flag for me.

The product doesn’t look authentic. I had same brand matcha before and bottle was greener but from your website shop I bought two bottles and they both different colour glass snd has different writing at the bottom.I am very dissatisfied.

I just received my order of Eucerin facial cream. Sadly the pump action dispenser does not work! it says on the box ''anti tamper packaging'' it should ''anti customer usage'' very disappointed! Tried ringing customer services and the Pharmacy numerous times....no one available to take my calls!

I Brought 6 bottles of diprobase. The picture advertised was of the old formula bottle. So I purchased 6 bottles, happy days. Not. They sent the new formula bottles which I can not use, it really burns my skin. I did state all this on the form before buying the products, if it's the new formula please do not send but they've sent it anyway & now I have have send back, paying for postage!

Sent wrong item,.ordered gaviscon advance received gaviscon original. Nobody answered my phone call.Email address was useless My email wouldn't go through using the address on your home page.No other way to contact you other than pigeon.

I was looking for an exact product. They sent me one that was packaged differently. Had i have known this;- A. I wouldn't have bought the product. B. Its 30% cheaper in ASDA. Also, delivery was three days late.

Yes, Paula Z is quite right about a wasted opportunity. The service is apparently very good, but what about the product. One response was ‘it can irritate your skin’…….that is precisely what it is supposed to relieve/cure!

I accidentally put the wrong expiry date for payment details. The system told me my bank card details were wrong and no payment was taken, upon checking my bank account the money had been taken so now I have to wait until this is back into my account..

Brought Mauka honey Pure Gold 525 500g @£49.90. The company said the cheapest price on their website. Same product from Amazon only £35.00. Two bottles I brought from this company cost me extra £30. The company already breach the wording by claiming the cheapest, even though they didn't specifically said it's this product. Please don't be fool like me. Go elsewhere compare your price first.

I will not give any star because you cancel my order. If you don’t have the product why it’s still in the website, you should remove or say out of stock. I will not order ever again from your company.

if you use medino you can expect to be bombarded with unsolicited emails. and they don't understand english when you ask them to take you off their mail list

I have extensive psoriasis & found the ointment too greasy. I was also unable to use it as a soap substitute in the shower because of the oiliness - which was treacherous in the shower tray & even coated the tiles - which 'clogged' my skin, made it feel greasy rather than nourished &, unfortunately, worsened my condition. I have very good results from the ZeroAQS & Zerobase cream & find them a good alternative now that Diprobase Cream has been discontinued & replaced with an eczema cream (which is not especially suitable for psoriasis).

Ridiculous, courier site kept saying they were expecting my parcel , had ordered because I had covid and could not leave the house . Kept chasing , 4 days later they say the courier doesn’t have my parcel & don’t know why . Not only that but they can’t send another as the item is out of stock so they need to refund me . I suspect the item was never instock in the first place which is why the courier never got it . If I had known this at the time of ordering I could have gone to another retailer which is what I ended up having to do almost a week later . The order should never have been accepted, don’t understand the need for dishonesty.
