Ripped off the products are very poor quality it's just a wasted money Just go to genuine and authentic products and website

I ordered it three times but I did not succee if you have high level of eczema this product does not work at all

Absolutely shocking service. After using previously to get some short term supplies to see me through till I can get into a doctor, they now won't process a second order of the same medication months after my first order. Despite me needing a short term supply to help me sleep better and get through the 4 week wait I have till my doctors appointment and my local pharmacy didn't have any stock. Which I have made clear to them. They clearly don't care about their customers and the struggles they are going through. Disappointed is an understatement. Will not be using again. Stay away!

Beware if this so called Pharnacy! I recently bought a batch of prescription eyedrops (Celluvisc 1%) from them and they were obviously defective or out of date as they did nothing to moisturise my eyes and in fact hurt my eyes terribly. I have used these eye drops for years, and have never had this terrible reaction. When I told Medino, they said I should contact the pharmacy that dispensers them, denying any responsibility whatsoever. When I contacted the pharmacy I was simply ignored. When I told staff they said there was nothing they could do! It is also worrying that Medino advertise themselves as a pharmacy but then deny such claims when defective medication is sent! Stay as far away from them as you can. They are dangerous. I will be taking this further.

You sent me not what I ordered. If I want to return I have to pay for the return shipment, although it's your mistake ... And why is on the website if the version has been discontinued?very disappointed 😞

I will never use this company again have never received my order after one week you cannot get in contact with anyone on the phone or really know what is going on with your order,I will give them a zero score ! Next time I will use Amazon
