Awful service, they forgot the needles and when I ask about it they are rude and hung the phone on me. Sourem (if that is his name) was really rude. They give one advice at the begining on when to put the injections and suddenly they give another advice only because of the mistake they made, playing with the health of the people.

Hi Lorena, We are so sorry that you had cause to write this review. You sent us an email stating that you were missing your free needles less than 24 hours ago. We again apologise for this error. Our pharmacy team did their best to handle the issue however we do not tolerate inappropriate behaviour towards our staff which is why we had to terminate the call and the case was escalated to our super intendent pharmacist who has resolved this issue. Ref order N73VQZ. Having checked your website I punched a pair of Scholls compression long socks. I measured my foot as instructed and compared the sizes with those on the package...thus ordering Medium. On receipt I was astounded that the socks would not go over my toes....I then sent vthem back to you having already filled in the returns form on line. I. Have since receied several email from Megan stating. That the item should not have been r E turned and I. Should have read your instructions. You have since refused to accept the item as it appears to come under your nonreturnable item, This surely contravene "not suitable for purchase"as the item not comply with the measuements stated. Please consider your decision again as it seems that any items that fall under this category will be refused. Regards D G Jackson

Hi David, We are sorry to hear that you have cause to complain but we do believe your review is not entirely accurate. We state in our returns policy, which you have confirmed to have read and understood, that the return needs to be approved before it is sent to us. Unfortunately, due to health and safety, we do not accept returns for items that do not have an intact tamper seal that has been placed by the manufacturer. This is also explicitly stated in our returns policy. We are able to sell certain unsealed items as they are protected as part of a supply chain, consisting of vetted and compliant companies. Once it has been delivered to the customer, it is no longer protected. As we cannot guarantee that the items you would like to return have not been used or tampered with, we cannot accept returns for these kinds of items. Description was wrong they’re not hold ups. They won’t stay up unless you have a suspended about on them so be aware anybody else who buys them and they won’t return them because they say their medical even though they’ve never been out the box so it’s just one big rip off they haven’t got it right.

As per our returns policy, we do not accept unsealed items as returns as we cannot guarantee that they have not been used. This rule is in place for the safety of our customers. Arrived days later although Royal Mail Said it had been delivered then on my doorstep around 9pm parcel arrived days later Broken bottle glass everywhere all around pills Not happy still waiting for my refund they has been promised to me

Don’t use this company I ordered a glucose monitor it was broken. When I asked for an exchange they told me to contact the manufacturer, unfortunately as I didn’t order directly from manufacturer there was nothing they could do. Please be aware, this company does not adhere to Sales of Goods within the uk

Have ordered 2/3 times from this company. 1st came and bottle(glass) smashed so product unable to be used. Just ordered again and order received is wrong. Two of same product and not one of each! Good luck with trying to get hold of them as line not in use!!!

One of the bottles of Gaviscon I ordered arrived smashed (It wasn't wrapped in plastic as often bottle are but just brown paper) and I tried to phone on Friday at just after 5pm as it says they are open until 6 but the line said closed already and not open until Monday, so very frustrating. Obviously I wasn't going to keep a messy smashed glass bottle in the house over the weekend so took photo and emailed them Monday with said photo only to get reply saying could they have photo of it and also the damaged box. I put it all in the wheelie bin so unless I go rummaging in there I can't provide further photos. They have said they can't clearly see what it is in the photo and so can't help me any further. I am disgusted with this customer service and the implication that I am trying to be fraudulent. So now it seems I have paid double the amount for 1 bottle of Gaviscon, which isn't cheap. I did try and submit photo here but for some reason I can't, perhaps it's too big? The batch code etc. are clear so they could easily look that up and identify it if they wanted to be helpful.

Due to the nature of the product purchased, we do require clear photos of the damaged item and preferably photos of the damaged parcel so we can escalate the matter with Royal Mail. Unfortunately, your photo did not fit the requirements for this so we will not be able to do any further investigating with Royal Mail. No Good experience with the people who work here starting with the Pharmacist and also whit the receptionist who according to her is a manager Too.! someone in they Company has to teach them to give solutions to their costumers and not to argue with them.

Parcel was left out in the open by royal mail. The parcel was not there when I returned from hospital. Raised with medino who advised because royal mail uploaded a photo tough really. So I have no order and they took my money. I will never ever use again. Please if ordering you are running the risk of having your goods left out in the open and taken with no recourse. Please spend your money wisely do not order from a company who does not support their customers.
