I had 4 orders. Last order they sent me supliments for 60 days, which will expire in 10 days! No return or refund even though box was unopened!

Hi Daniel, As discussed via email, the product purchased was short dated when you placed your order. We mentioned the expiry date at the top of the description and the label 'Short-date' was shown at the top of the product page. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer to replace or refund the item as what you have received is what we have advertised on our website. Beware this company is happy to take your money but if for any reason they won't send it you don't get all of your money back they took my money then they Decided that I couldn't have it even though I asked my gp he said I should use the betnovate scalp application as it really helped me before so I ordered it then they seem to know better than my gp decided I couldn't have it do this company only gave me a partial re fund so I gave them money for nothing so if you don't mind loosing money use them be very careful

Ordered collagen peptides and when product arrived, the lid and seal were not sitting straight and the powder was leaking in all directions. The product had clearly been damaged, however, it's difficult to know whether this took place before packaging or during delivery. Have ordered this product from Medino before with no issues and so sad to be posting a negative review, however, on this occasion, am very disappointed.

I collected my parcel from parcel shop as I walked outside I tried opening the package that already come damaged and the bottle fell out the corner and smashed. I showed proof and they said it wasn't enough apparently.

Ordered paraben free sun cream as I have allergies however it wasn't paraben free as advertised. It was badly packaged hence the tops had been smashed during transit. I have returned them and awaiting a refund. However on a brighter note I rang your call number and spoke to a lovely young lady " Megan" Who was very apologetic and really helpful.

AVOID! Paid £4.99 for next day delivery. Items arrived 5 days later. Had already re-ordered from another company when Medino's order finally arrived. They won't refund me and require me to pay postage to return for a refund and supposedly so they can dispose when I could do it at a local pharmacy! Passive aggressive customer service - put all responsibility and blame onto me.

Hi Victoria, We are so sorry to hear this - this is not how we want our customers to feel. You contacted us on the 3rd reporting that you had not received your order. As we are not open over weekends, we responded on the 4th and advised that we raised an investigation into the matter and partially refunded your shipping. Courier investigations typically resolve within 48 hours which we mentioned in our email. Your order was marked as delivered on the 5th so the remainder of your shipping charge was refunded and the case was closed. As we were not informed about your separate purchase elsewhere, we unfortunately did not have the opportunity to offer other resolutions before the parcel was delivered. As per our returns policy, we are generally not able to accept regulated medications as returns however we have been able to make an exception for your case as a goodwill gesture. We have advised that once the order arrives back in our warehouse, the contents will be disposed of and the outstanding amount will be refunded. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover the cost of the return. Eye mask arrived ok but is defective. Already had the same mask so knew it was defective. Tried to find out how to return it via Evri but found out that medino is not a company that we could return good to by Evri. Tried to phone the company, no response, left an email at the company no reply. Very disappointed as was looking to order our vitamin tabs from the company.

I purchased 5 items from this company the next day they arrived when I opened the parcel they sent me the wrong items I phoned the company they said they sent me what I ordered, however I did not order what they sent me, I have returned the items back to them as I don't use them, there customer service was very poor as they insisted that they sent me what I ordered, common sense they should have said return the items and when we received them we will issue the refund, but no they were to busy blaming me for there mistake I emailed afew times to ask for the return address as the post code brought me to a different address after asking local businesses did they know where this company was and guess work I found it but not where it was meant to be not very happy with them
