“Never arrived! Paid extra for next day delivery.... 8 days later I had to get a refund... Evri24 was their carrier so not good at all. I've ordered from several online pharmacies over this last 3 years and I have NEVER had this issue with any of them. Only Medino has failed me so BEWARE!!!!! IT NEVER ARRIVED AT ALL AND MEDINO NEVER REPLACED ORDER, IN WHICH THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE FREE OF CHARGE. I WOULD GO THROUGH A DIFFERENT PHARMACY IF I WERE YOU!”

“I recently ordered from here, my package was left outside in the rain all night (the driver did not knock on the door once) the package got damaged and was soaking wet and when I did finally see it, I opened it and the inside was covered in slugs. I would like a full refund as this is disgusting”

“Unclear information when ordering some medications. Asking to send picture proof of ID and picture of you holding id, basically requesting to send sensitive information via email. Rejected the order because I have blured the id number on the picture. I don't feel confident sending all my secure details via email.”

Hi there, I am sorry to hear this, but it is impossible for us to determine if a card has been comprised or not when the information is entered. My advice would be to cancel your card once it has been compromised and to contact your bank to investigate this for you.

“1 week only on the Floravital Floradix gluten free iron liquid supplement and following the dosage recommendation and I have chronic constipation and terrible teeth staining, so much so that I have had to pay for a dental hygienist clean. A waste of money. I am furious!”

Hi there, I am sorry to hear this. According to our records you should have been sent a tracking reference. Evri claim to have delivered this parcel and have attached a photo and GPS location as proof. Have you managed to check your tracking reference? It may help you locate your parcel.
