Tablets arrived in an unsealed jar Lid didn't fit correctly. No tamper proof seal. Although item being replaced I have no faith to return as a customer

The mark of a good company is how it reacts when things go wrong, and Medino has failed miserably. I’ve been a customer for the last two or three years just ordering run of the mill goods. Everything has been ok, I’ve never had cause to contact them and positive reviews have been left. On the latest occasion I ordered medication which required a consultation. After filling in a questionnaire Medino emailed me asking for some quite personal details and told me a pharmacist would need to speak with me. I wasn’t particularly happy with this but as I trusted Medino as a legitimate company I went along with it. I supplied them with convenient times I could be contacted. No one contacted me. After the last time slot expired I had an email saying my order had been cancelled and a refund given. I replied immediately saying that this was a mystery to me, why had they cancelled ? I had no acknowledgement, so followed this up with a further email, outlining my concern about personal details that they had, and again asking what was going on. Again, no reply was received. I’ve now bought my meds from the website of a high street chemist for the same price. Needless to say, I shall not buy anything else from this company. Update 31st March Medino emailed to ask if I would reconsider my review and amend my comments. Well I will but not in the way they requested. In the light of their reply to my original, I absolutely refute their claim that they contacted me twice with their decision. THEY DID NOT. One ofthe main points of my review was that there was no contact, so why would I write that if they had contacted me ? I repeat no phone call, no message. Their communication, or rather the lack of it, is dreadful and my original review stays.

I received damaged bottle of probiotics, i immediately emailed pictures and all the details. It has been 5 days i have not been contacted back by Medino as to getting a replacement or refund.

Medino Messaged items could not be purchased after taking money and stating refund in 5 working days. I then ordered items from other company then two days later Medino delivered items so I have double orders.

The product is fine but delivery service was awful. More than a week passed by and didn't recieve it. No notification of delivery. Check the back yard and it was dumped there. Didn't have courtesy to send even a text that it is delivered and I would have then checked

They’ve taken payment without sending the order or even providing a confirmation. It’s not been dispatched. I do not feel like this a real pharmacy, and would encourage people to avoid this company.

Royal Mail didn't deliver the first time and I had to wait until the next day. Fobbbed off about access when I have two back doors on the back of bungalow as well as a garage door on the front.

Ordered 1 day delivery. It took four days for me to receive my purchase. All I got from customer service was, it looks like it will be delivered tomorrow. I had to purchase what I wanted from Boots because it hadn’t arrived on time. It was cheaper at Boots and I got free vitamins and advantage card points. Won’t be ordering from Medino again

Used to be a great company but now it's just a bad amazon. High minimum delivery charges, packages not arriving and being blamed that it's my fault ??? Trying to reach customer service is an impossible mission The prices may be slightly lower but I advise anyone to respect their money and time and avoid this scam company.

The experience of shopping with Medino was appalling. I paid extra for next day delivery as these were medical supplies needed urgently. A week later, my order had failed to arrive. It transpired that EVRI had delivered my order to the wrong address and been lost. When I enquired how Medino was going to resolve this issue I was told that I would have to wait another 4 days before they would look into it, by which time the person who had received my order in error brought it to my house, soaking wet - the package had disintegrated. Customer service was dreadful. I would not recommend Medino if they continue to use EVRI as their preferred choice of delivery service.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We are sorry to see your parcel arrived in this condition. Did you use the same email to contact us as to place the order? As we can not seem to find an email. When a parcel is delayed or missing we open an investigation that takes 2 working days. If it can not be resolved by then we offer a refund or replacement at the customers preference. If any of the contents are now unusable due to the water damage, please reach out and we will resolve this for you. Regarding Evri, we also offer Royal Mail and DX as alternative couriers.
