“Would leave 0 star if I could. Sent my immaculate Ps4 to mazuma with original offer of £90 to be reduced to £10 due to noisy fan and overheating. Fan is noisy but Ps4 has never overheated. Returned to me absolutely scratched and damaged. Looks purposeful and now the Ps4 is faulty and ejects discs which in 7 years owning I have never had issue. Mazuma said it hasn't happened in their care must be DPD and offered to take it back. Looks like it's been done on purpose as I rejected the offer as now the Ps4 is faulty and does not work. Absolutely ridiculous I sent into your care and it has been returned purposefully damaged and no longer working.”

We are very sorry to hear about your experience with us, We raised a claim with DPD regarding the damages that had occurred to your device during transit which has been accepted this morning. A colleague will be in touch regarding this and how payment will be made. Our warehouse has extensive measures in place to ensure no damage occurs to any device whilst in our possession. This includes rubber flooring and foam mats across all benches to protect devices for when they are tested.
