“Was given a quote for my phone (which was in excellent condition) but when mazuma received it, suddenly the quote went from £25 to £5. I declined, they upped it to an offer of £10 and a travel bag (even though it is illegal to travel due to covid!). I declined their rubbish offer and sold it on ebay for £35. The offers are clearly a ruse to get you to send your mobile in, they clearly have no intention of honouring their offers. Avoid!!”

Good morning Anicca, Thank you for your review, We are sorry to hear of your experience, All devices are thoroughly checked by each technician. Any screen defect must be noted prior to sending, this can be from screen burn, white marks in the display, yellow halo, or pink marks, this is the same for cracks, chips, cracked housing etc. This is why we have a grading process in place. If your device does not match the grade you initially selected, then we will amend your order to reflect the correct grading. A photo can be requested at problem order stage by emailing us your request. A Photo would have been taken for you and emailed once it was available. “Excellent service - a competitive price paid for my iPhone 7, everything needed to send the phone to Mazuma was sent to me within 2 days of my filling in very few details online, so all I had to do was pack the phone into a little box & take it to the Post Office, they sent emails promptly to let me know that the phone had been received, that it was being assessed, &, finally, that payment had been made into my bank account, & payment was, as promised, received within 24 hours of them having received my phone. This is the second time I’ve sold an old phone to them & I would use them again as the whole process is seamless & rapid.”
