“Placed an order, given a delivery date and delivered on the agreed date with a call from the driver 10 minutes before arrival. Refreshing to have a “simple, trouble free process” without someone using COVID/brexit or fuel shortage as an excuse. Thank you.”

“Very pleased with the patio slabs and service received both from the helpful customer service team and delivery driver. However, I would have preferred notification of an approximate delivery time prior to the day of delivery instead of on the day (shortly before the delivery). The driver arrived very early (8.30am) which wouldn't normally be a problem but I had gone out early to collect something and had to rush back. The driver had phoned earlier that morning and left a voicemail message on our landline but no one heard it before he arrived!”

“The service we received was excellent from start to finish. From the initial enquiry, right through to delivery, and then ultimately to return of 1 pallet, everyone we came across was friendly, polite and helpful.
