“We have been very happy with the materials and delivery of recent orders. Found the staff both in ordering and delivery to be helpful and informative . The delivery were most considerate as to were would be best to “drop off “our slabs and materials .”

“Covid had a major impact on our installation. It took approximately a year from quote to carrying out the work. Just as work was about to begin we also found that the paving we had selected wasn't available. So we settled for something similar as we didn't want to wait any longer. Once our installer arrived the job was completed to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. It was clear to us that the groundworks were thoroughly executed with a small soakaway provided plus firm edging to support the edges of the paving so as to stop the edges falling away over time. As ever the bulk of the time was spent in site preparation. We are very happy with the result and the quality of the paving. In fact, a door to door sales team from another firm came door to door on the street after the installation had just been completed and recognised that the pavers were Marshalls and commented on the high quality of Marshalls and the quality of work on our drive. Our installer had been recommended to us by a self employed professional who was doing an annual service on our heating set up. From his knowledge of visiting various property owners he felt happy to recommend the installer and Marshalls. He did think it would cost a bit more than with other firms but if we wanted quality it was worth paying the extra. We feel we have got very good value for what we have paid and we can now see where our installation has the better of many others.”

“Marshalls produce excellent products at reasonable prices. Their lines of communication in terms of delivery are in keeping with modern day practices. Their Drivers are very friendly and cooperative. I highly recommend Marshalls as a preferred supplier for block paving especially for their porous Priora type. Henry John BLOWFIELD”

“Fabulous job by Andy and Rob of GLD Gardens LTD (our local Marshall’s installers) creating our driveway using Drivesett Argent blocks and Driveline drains. The finished job has received many complements from the neighbours, not only because of the finished product but also for Andy and Rob’s hard work, considerate, tidy and friendly manner over the two weeks they were with us.”

“I phoned Marshalls to order 112 SYMPHONY Plus Classic tiles and the people were very polite and very helpful. Tiles arrived on time no damaged tiles and driver was very polite very pleased with Marshalls and would use them again.”

“I have been dealing with Jaz Key from customer service/technical adviser who has been exceptional. Unfortunately a few flags had been damaged during transit and new ones had to be requested. This re-delivery was rapid and information/communication throughout was amazing. As I reviewed my garden plan I realised I needed a few more flags and despite Jaz not being able to support this due to not splitting packs he responded immediately with a suitable alternative.”

“Contacted Marshall to obtain one of their excellent products that we had been following in their brochures and found samples in our local garden centres fitted for effect but due to Covid supplies were not readily available, either due to manufacturing, or transport being unavailable. But, "but" Marshall,s admin staff kept us up to-date on the situation on availability via 6-7 emails, thank you admin ladies, and it was delivered by a helpful, cheerie" truck driver. All in all a very pleasant journey, and a very pleasant product. Thanks Marshalls !!”
