Main competitor has become overcomplicated and fiddly.
I particularly like how quickly you can checkout and download.
Having historically used the main competitor, I had a series of transactions where, because of the over complex user interface I ended up purchasing the wrong product. Switching to using MapServe I have never unwittingly purchased the wrong product or the wrong format.
