Hi, I really like the website and the price, but unfortunately I was not able to use the output supplied and so had to purchase again from a (more expensive) competitor.
My software uses shapefiles for background mapping, but has a tool to convert .dxf files too. However the .dxf file your company supplied was not recognised by my software, whereas the one provided by the competitor was. This is the first time I have had this problem of my software not recognising a .dxf file.
