“HI - I found the site slightly muddly to use as a first time user to mapserve. Although the os maps were produced in dwg which is fine, there should be an easy option for a pdf file as well. There maybe an option, but pressed for time as everyone, it was not readily apparent. Paul”

“Pros: Search function is good along with a preview so you know what area you are getting. Cons: Far to many marketing emails sent after purchase, and if you need a new map it does not take into account any previous maps it overlaps and offer a discount.”

“Maps are delivered as requested and are easy to download. My only issue is that they seem to now be locked so it makes it difficult when trying to delete lines when showing boundary updates or presenting existing boundaries”

Many thanks for your kind review. Any added lines can be deleted or undone using the Undo tool. Hope this helps.

“Your response is quick which is good but accuracy not good ,the recent 1:250 scale OS maps were about 8-10% smaller than reality. Very disappointing.”

“I was disappointed that the map I requested was supposed to be A4 but was only a small piece in the middle.”

Dear customer, the plan should cover an entire sheet of A4 if printed at 100% size. The map portion however is only a portion of this otherwise the scale would not be correct. We also need to display copyright information, location and licence details. Thank you for taking the time to provide this review for us.
