“As a non professional person needing a map for a domestic planning permission your service was too hard to use. The map downloaded as a dwg file which I could not open with my newish android nor my partners Apple computors. I download the necessary app which could open the map but would not let me edit it until I paid to download the vip version. Then my newish HP printer would not print the map woth out further downloads. The map outline was so faint a screenshot did not work. After several hours of strugle and considerable expense I abandond your map and solved my problem is another way.”

I just wish you could add layers on to products, maps are needed start of job and the job then progresses, often with the need for additional information such as boundary info.
Existing services are needed also, to save going to others.”

Regarding your suggestion about adding layers and boundary information: we actually already offer additional layers, including freehold boundary data, in CAD format. These layers are intended to support projects as they progress and to help consolidate information without needing to source it elsewhere.
