After checking the order details, it appears that the product selected at checkout was our Road Map, which displays a much wider and less detailed view than the MasterMap layer shown during browsing. This would explain why the downloaded file didn’t match the area you expected — the system delivers exactly the item placed in the basket.

“I was given the impression that it would be 20% less than the main competitor, but it was not that much of a reduction. There were more choices in the price bandings. I don't recall an option for grid density (25 or 50m), but luckily a 50m grid was in place, along with a useful scale bar, to confirm everything. I never understand why road junctions always have lines across them, which I always remove.”

The junction lines are included as part of our standard mapping style, as many users rely on them, but we appreciate knowing how different customers prefer to work with the final output.
