The refunds usually take 2-3 working days to arrive in your bank account or if they are ordered very soon after placing an order you will see that a charge has not been placed on your account. We have various tools available on the website, automatic and manual ones to help you draw the outline of your building but you do need to click on them to work before you add the map to your basket.
