“As a non professional person needing a map for a domestic planning permission your service was too hard to use. The map downloaded as a dwg file which I could not open with my newish android nor my partners Apple computors. I download the necessary app which could open the map but would not let me edit it until I paid to download the vip version. Then my newish HP printer would not print the map woth out further downloads. The map outline was so faint a screenshot did not work. After several hours of strugle and considerable expense I abandond your map and solved my problem is another way.”

“product is great and very easy to use.
I just wish you could add layers on to products, maps are needed start of job and the job then progresses, often with the need for additional information such as boundary info.
Existing services are needed also, to save going to others.”

These layers are intended to support projects as they progress and to help consolidate information without needing to source it elsewhere.

“Not all mapping datd providers websites are created equal. I've used quite a few and MapServe is the best Im aware of. The interface is intuitive and efficient making it a cinch to grab a map AND be working on the file within a minutes ot two. Checkout process is quick and easy and allows project reference numbers to be assigned with ease for accounting or project management. Download is immediate. The data always strikes ma as being good value too. It;s been my go-to supplier for all mapping data for nearly 10 years now without a single issue or niggle.”

We use Ordnance Survey’s MasterMap, which is the most detailed and up-to-date mapping dataset available in the UK and is refreshed on a fortnightly cycle. However, if an area has not been recently surveyed by the OS, that limitation affects all providers equally, as the data originates from a single national source.
