“I use MapServe primarily in connection with planning applications. The DWG format maps are good - fonts and lineweights are clear and crisp. These are minor things but do make a difference to hassle-free presentation. The user interface is good too - it's easy to see what you are getting and what you will pay. All-in-all, the best map provider I have come across.”

“Mapserve is a great resource however it would be great if you could get a yearly subscription for unlimited maps.”

We appreciate your feedback, however, a yearly subscription for unlimited maps is not possible at the moment the way Ordnance Survey maps are designed and provided. “We have been using Map Serve for 2.5 years now (for all our projects), since we started our small practice in 2020. Obtaining the OS maps for our applications is very easy to do, and the prices are very reasonable. The output is always very good, and they have an excellent facility to download invoices to pass on to the Client or accountant for tax returns etc.”

“Mapserve is our No.1 go-to site on a monthly basis, primarily for Ordnance mapping data. The site is well built and offers good flexibility to extract and download land and site areas without roaming charges been incurred. Its site is fast turning into the place to go for many other reports and land data sets.”

“Map serve offers an excellent service - the system is easy to use and always reliable - the fact that you can adjust the outline of the area you require, to exactly suit your project, which means that you dont end up purchasing 'blank space' The invoicing is very straight forward also and provides easy references. I dont tend to use very many of the continually increasing number of other mapping facilities but I do use the basic ordnance survey system and I have used the title numbers service - both of which work very well. Please keep up the good work.”

“Very easy to use and simple. Even the little things like having the option of full colour of B&W CAD plans helps. Everything is just a simple tick of the box, and the costs I'd say are pretty reasonable. I always use MapServe for my location plans when submitting Planning Permission.”
