Dear customer thank you for your feedback. We have various tools available on the website, automatic and manual ones to help you draw the outline of your building but you do need to click on them to work before you add the map to your basket. Previously I have bought direct from Ordnance Survey plans at either six inch or twelve inch to the mile; and have received a print by post. That was much easier.”
“Purchased black and white osmap from website, only to find out that it contained layers which when switched off particular layer i.e green area side of the particular plot, it was switching off part of the boundary line too, trying to take of shaded area was nightmare, tried to get help, but was fobbed off by Stefani, staying this is how it comes, but this was not my first purchase, as I did purchase before and got how I wanted. No helps whatsoever”
