I am still waiting for a refund for not 1 but 2 PDF OS maps which were downloaded not-to-scale. Difficult system to navigate. In all honesty I would avoid using Mapserve until they make the process of selecting a site plan foolproof.

Dear customer, we are sorry to hear about your issues. Both of your orders were refunded on the 13th of April. The refunds usually take 2-3 working days to arrive in your bank account or if they are ordered very soon after placing an order you will see that a charge has not been placed on your account. Please send us an email at support@mapserve.co.uk if you would like any assistance with that. I've bought 3 maps in the last three months and all of them don't show the exact buildings for my neighbours. I have survey my properties so I can draw up a site plan,I expected the neighbours properties to show the exact site plans.

Very disappointed, on the 1:500 plan to print A4 that I bought, the scalebar isn't to scale.

Dear customer, please email us at support@mapserve.co.uk and we'll be glad to assist you with this. Can you also check please that your printer is set to print at 100% size (see printer settings in the application you're using to print the plan)?

Quality of gif was ridiculously blocky and became impossible to use. Ended up having o draw over it which was very time consuming.

Maps often hard to preview and often print at less than useful size/scale after payment taken. Or impressed.
