Thanks for your feedback — and sorry to hear about the trouble accessing the OS plan. Our CAD files are supplied in standard DWG format, which should be compatible with AutoCAD and most vector-based tools, though some versions of CorelDRAW may require conversion or specific import settings.

Dear customer, we are sorry to hear about your issues. Both of your orders were refunded on the 13th of April. The refunds usually take 2-3 working days to arrive in your bank account or if they are ordered very soon after placing an order you will see that a charge has not been placed on your account.
