“Maps are delivered as requested and are easy to download. My only issue is that they seem to now be locked so it makes it difficult when trying to delete lines when showing boundary updates or presenting existing boundaries”
“Map serve is a very easy site to use and well supported. The fees are lower than my previous supplier and the maps are superb. My only minor criticism is the fact that you can't have an account without paying extra for the convenience.”
“Quick service and easy to use - the file was available for download immediately. The quality is good and the file is levelled well enough that retrospective colours/linestyles can be applied.
There was a minor inconvenience uploading a KML file as the maximum size accepted was 500 hectares - although I believe (through discussion with the support team) this is currently being updated to increase the area limit.”
“I have used another OS map provider for many years but was let down by an issue on their website when wanting to purchase so thought I would go elsewhere - service excellent, and a cost saving !”
“The best value of Mapserve is being able to obtain maps in a suitable format to use in CAD so that we can show the proposed scheme for Planning applications. Now that the website has been updated, making payments is much easier and for a smoother delivery.”
“Files and response time we can't fault and are fantastic. we have however been using an alternative site for ordering our maps, which is cheaper for same size maps from yourselves”

“Mapserve is our No.1 go-to site on a monthly basis, primarily for Ordnance mapping data. The site is well built and offers good flexibility to extract and download land and site areas without roaming charges been incurred. Its site is fast turning into the place to go for many other reports and land data sets.”
