“I ordered a bike helmet two weeks before Christmas. The item never arrived. Someone called to say that it got lost during delivery. I was sent a replacement which was not the one I purchased cos the original one I wanted apparently ran out. I was guaranteed that I can return the item if not satisfied. I was not satisfied so I emailed on Boxing Day asking for instructions on how to return and obtain a refund. Up to now no one has replied or reached out to me. I just want to return this item. I am stuck with this item that I do not want but couldn’t return. I know that it’s a small company as they say but surely there must be a standard on how to manage returns.”

Hi Jack Happy New Year! We are indeed a small company but that doesn't mean you should expect anything less than fab service levels from us. Sorry you feel let down here. As promised you can return the helmet if it didn't suit, we'll get this sorted today/tomorrow. “So far so good with the performance of the 2 bikes ordered. The self-assembly was reasonably straight forward though I had to swap the pedals when my son referenced the video! Lost one star because I was originally given an estimate of 14th Dec for when the bikes would be ready but that came and went with no communication and I had to chase it up. However the despatch and delivery were fine at my end once they were ready. Slightly surprised that the bikes came in separate deliveries on the same day and maybe the packaging should have been marked '1 of 2' to save the environment! Cheers.”

“After looking for a handlebar mounted bag I came across Mango Bikes and the Norfee Barrel Bag. Ordering was easy and delivery was swift meaning I could get it attached to my On One Rocky Road Titanium Adventure Bike and use on some planned trips out. The bag is faultless, good size to hold wallet, phone, snacks, bobble hat and anything else you may need on your ride. It’s good quality and durable too. I would definitely use Mango Bikes again and also Norfee products.,”

“Ordering was easy, and I loved the customisor and was able to make a bloody good looking bike. I didn't hear much probably as it was Christmas period but sent a message via Instagram and got a short vid of my actual build which was really cool and made me go all fizzy inside. Bike arrived and was so well packaged so thank you for protecting it so well. Been riding it loads and I love it really good quality will defo order again.”
