“I’ve wanted a Mango bike since I discovered their page. I hesitated to pull the trigger on purchasing for 10 months due to fear of being caught in some claims process if there were errors during international shipping. Well I took a chance and did it! From time of purchase, communication from Mango was excellent! Once shipped I was able to track through DHL. I was provided with an ETA from DHL and became very concerned when my package did not arrive on time. That dreaded feeling started to creep in. I decided to give it a few days before I contacted DHL to see if there was any movement and there was! It took about 3 days for DHL to update but then it did and I was able to track my bike again. The bike arrived 5 days after the original ETA, but not bad considering international shipping and clearance from customs. The packaging was great! Everything was wrapped and protected very well. The bike was easy to put together. I understand some things are out of your control once the item is shipped with the courier. All in all, my experience was great and I’ve recommended several family members and friends to your website. My only gripe is the handle bar covers. I selected pink and in the images the pink was dark colored. What I received was a very light, cotton candy colored pink. I would have selected a different color had I known the shade of pink was very light. Overall, I love the bike and cannot wait to hit the trails.”

“Where to begin, You advertised parts that weren’t available. You then advised us that you didn’t have the parts in stock. When we responded you told us that you incorrectly told us what parts you didn’t have in stock. When we responded asking more questions, you ignored us. Then I wrote a follow up email asking for you to respond which you didn’t. Then we received an email letting us know our bikes were shipped. Without knowing what was shipped to us I wrote another email asking what was going on. When the bikes hit our country we were told we needed to pay 340 in import duty. talk about a kick in the guts. So again I wrote another email asking what the hell was going on. Again, no response. Opened up the box and we were given the wrong wheels. Pretty fucked up considering we paid extra to have an upgrade. Overall the service has be non existent and any communication I had early on was terrible. I will be expecting for the wheels we ordered to be sent to us when they come into stock.”

“I was searching for a handlebar bag for by not so man powered Honda CB1000r .. after not too long I found the perfect sized perfect looking bag at Mango Bikes .. the staff were more than helpful with my silly questions regarding figment and sizing etc .. delivery was flawless .. the extra effort the folks at Mango give to the packaging gives it that special feel when your buying yourself a wee prezzie . Thanks guys .. I will be back soon for more of your stuff”

“I ordered a new 6-spoke front wheel from Mango as it was the best price around. Despite the ongoing postal strike it was delivered quickly. The wheel was boxed thoughtfully to avoid any damage in transit. It looks good if not better than the photo (matt black version). But much heavier than a standard wheel. I fitted 700x28 Durano tires and these went on easily. I noticed the braking surface on the rims is powder coated but it shouldn’t take long to bed in. Mounting the wheel was a little tricky as the axle is slightly too big for the fork dropouts on my Steamroller. So I filed the eyelets down and tapped it in with a wooden mallet. Wheel spins well, true and level. Just need to ride it now……”

“I ordered a bike helmet two weeks before Christmas. The item never arrived. Someone called to say that it got lost during delivery. I was sent a replacement which was not the one I purchased cos the original one I wanted apparently ran out. I was guaranteed that I can return the item if not satisfied. I was not satisfied so I emailed on Boxing Day asking for instructions on how to return and obtain a refund. Up to now no one has replied or reached out to me. I just want to return this item. I am stuck with this item that I do not want but couldn’t return. I know that it’s a small company as they say but surely there must be a standard on how to manage returns.”

“So far so good with the performance of the 2 bikes ordered. The self-assembly was reasonably straight forward though I had to swap the pedals when my son referenced the video! Lost one star because I was originally given an estimate of 14th Dec for when the bikes would be ready but that came and went with no communication and I had to chase it up. However the despatch and delivery were fine at my end once they were ready. Slightly surprised that the bikes came in separate deliveries on the same day and maybe the packaging should have been marked '1 of 2' to save the environment! Cheers.”

“After looking for a handlebar mounted bag I came across Mango Bikes and the Norfee Barrel Bag. Ordering was easy and delivery was swift meaning I could get it attached to my On One Rocky Road Titanium Adventure Bike and use on some planned trips out. The bag is faultless, good size to hold wallet, phone, snacks, bobble hat and anything else you may need on your ride. It’s good quality and durable too. I would definitely use Mango Bikes again and also Norfee products.,”
