“I love the way these pins came out and so did my customers. I sold out within 3 days. I'll be reordering these and placing orders for other designs soon. Everyone I dealt with was so nice and knowledgeable and very patient (as a first time pin designer I had LOTS of questions). Love the Sunday Club”

“This was the first time I had used MBC, they were very prompt in producing the design and in the fabrication of the woven patches. We initially had an issue with a number of the patches but once this was brought to the attention of MBC they were quickly replaced and some extra ones thrown in for free. Appear to be a very good company who have a high level of customer service.”

“My pins were delivered several days ahead of schedule, which was a nice suprise. However, around half ! of the batch I ordered are less than perfect. It's a massive shame as the other half of the shipment turned out superbly. I think using glitter in the enamel is an issue - it seems to spill over into the wrong areas (the pins annoyingly came covered in loose glitter, but was even more upset to discover after trying to clean them that many bits are also stuck underneath the enamel coating) and completely different colours of glitter end up where they shouldn't be - spoiling the design in many cases. There are many pins from my order which I'm not comfortable selling on to my customers. Dissapointed, but nothing bad enough to storm their headquarters over. If I decide to work with Made By Cooper again I'll have to become less of a perfectionist - but they are a trustworthy decent company to do business with.”

“I've used MadeByCooper around two times in the last year or so. The pins ive received were fine, but i think they put a bit too much on their plate as not only is their actual from order to in hand time 4-5 weeks which is a bit crazy considering they just get them shipped to you from China, but also how long it takes just to set up your visual and approvement. If you want anything changed on your mock up sometimes they're so busy it takes such a long time emailing back and forth. I appreciate the site and how convenient it is. But I also think there are a lot of cheaper and faster options out there”

Hello, if you could let us know which item this was and we can take a look into this for you. The studio is very popular for the service we provide helping people realise their designs and sometimes is can take a little longer than normal due to its success. We try to pay each design attention.

“Love the pins and they arrived before the estimated delivery date. Giving 3 stars because there were some flaws (bubbles) in the enamel - not enough to make a stink on email, especially given their track record - and some pins had no rubber backing at all or the rubber backing was not a whole piece. Oliver is not the easiest person to ask questions to, got ignored a few times in initial design considerations. Jacob however was a big help and I'm grateful the communication was transferred to him. I'm also confused why the product was outsourced to China, making MadeByCooper a middle man. May as well work with the China company from the get as they're the ones doing all the work.”

Sorry you seemed to have some problems? if there are any problems please do let us know, these are hand made items so may have few flaws now and again, but if you contact us with the details we like to put these right

“Very prompt in producing the design and in the fabrication of the woven patches. The only downside was that approx 10 out of 100 of the patches were made off centre or the overlocking had come away from the patch. I have contacted Made by Cooper but received no response. UPDATED : This was the first time I had used MBC, we initially had an issue with a number of the patches but once this was brought to the attention of MBC they were quickly replaced and some extra ones thrown in for free. Appear to be a very good company who have a high level of customer service.”

“I was guided through the design set up by a member of the Made by Cooper team, he was pleasant and informative. At every stage of the order, I knew what was going on. When I received the badges, all were individually packed in bags and the whole shipment was packaged in a sturdy box. A quality product from a quality company.”
