“We have been using Made by Cooper for some years now for our Conference badges and every year we are impressed by the efficiency of service and the quality of the product. “We placed our order with a 25% premium to ensure it arrived on time. We didn't even hear back from anyone for a week. Then we recieved an email proof with the wrong entire product pictured, but the right graphic. We approved it, with the caveat that the artwork was put on the right product. We didn't hear back for several days. Then we began recieving emails saying you were waiting for us to approve the proof. I approved it again, with the same caveat, but kept getting messages saying it had not been approved. So I sent several approvals to both email addresses. When someone finally reached out we were already very late in the game. That person didn't try to make anything right, just corrected the order. I had to ask if we were still going to be charged the 25% upgrade to expedite the product, given that they had taken so long to get it into production, and finally was told that if you didn't meet the deadline we would be reimbursed. Of course, the deadline was not met. It didn't even ship until after the deadline. But we excitedly waited for our order to arrive. We would at least have it in the shop for the final day of our grand opening. But when we got a message saying the order had been delivered we noticed the photo of the package on a doorstep was definitely not our doorstep. So we tracked it down, and it had been delivered to a wildly different address over 1500 miles away from us. So, to make sure I didn't make an error in the order, I checked our order and the "Ship to" address was input properly as our address in Fort Wayne, Indiana. I immediately sent a message to Made by Cooper requesting information and a solution to the problem. Instead of getting any response, I got a request to review my epxerience with Made by Cooper. So far my experience with Made by Cooper has been abysmal, and is falling fast. It's possible you could recover from this by correctly shipping our order to the right address, fully refunding our purchase cost, and offering a steep discount on a future order just in case you could possibly convince us to try your "services" again. But my experience so far indicates you are likely incapable of that level of personal accountability. So now we wait. What will you do, Made by China? Also, below in this questionaire you ask if the item was damaged. But how would I know? I haven't been able to see it yet. We'll see...”
