“I got very bad experience with this company. This company is very bad. After reading reviews, I tried to print some custom socks with my company logo on their socks. They send me sample socks which I like it. I paid them 647 pounds for 70 socks and I found their price expensive, but never mind if they send me the good products. At the designed stage, they give me white socks which I don’t like it and I found these socks dirty. They asked me 50 pounds plus vat for changing colour which I found unacceptable. I did not approve it but they keep going ahead. when I got their product today, the quality socks are so bad and the partner of my company logo does not reflect the value they produced . I felt very unhappy. I found the whole process as a joke. Business is all about transparent , what they said turned out not true and correct for what they sell. First time use them but I never use it again.”

“I've been using Made by Cooper to make pin badges for me annually since 2019. It was pot luck choosing this company from the internet, but fortunately I have landed on my feet and sellected a great company to turn an idea into something real. I am a very fussy and particlar person, so detail means a lot to me, and to them. I sent Made by Cooper an idea of my design via email. After a couple of ajustments they were able to turn it into exactly what I wanted and better. The staff were very helpful and understanding on the phone. My last order of 300 pin badges arrived a lot quicker than expected! I chose the Soft enamal to give the design a bit of movement when it's in the light, because it dips in and lately I've gone for the Epoxy finish, which is a smooth, clear covering to protect the badge from getting dirty because they are worn on motorcycle jackets. Overall, I am very happy and please with Made by Cooper, they do an excellent job!”

“Pins as per agreed design. Only problem was repeated emails asking for already given design approval. Apparently responses were going into spam which was not being monitored.”
