“Very pleasant people to work with and answer quite fast for any queries. The pins are very good quality and really cool! Highly recommended, only reason it’s not the 5 star is because it took just a little too long for my liking but at the same time they’re so busy which just comes to show their popularity and skill.”

“Very helpful and knowledgeable guys at this place. I was a little unsure about having to make payment for a design first, which is then deducted if you go ahead with an order from the total cost. Therefore making it a free design service. Really happy with the end result of my badges and backing cards. The backing card design was designed by Made by Cooper, which look really nice, and suit my badge. Price is competitive aswell. Slight delay with my order arriving but all in all very happy with the customer service from this company.”

“The finished quality of my pins with backing card was excellent--no complaints there. This was my first time making anything with MBC, and I was not expecting that most of the transaction would be conducted by email, rather than through their website. I wasn't able to log in and see my order, check up on the status, or anything else. This would make it challenging to reorder, as it may fall to another individual in my company to do that.”

Hi! We're sorry that you weren't 100% happy with our service. Unfortunately, as we make custom products specific to each client, there has to be some back an forth through email to ensure the products you receive are exactly what you had in mind. With regards to reordering, you can send us an email with your original order number and if the order is exactly the same, it will go straight through to the production list without any need for signing off on visuals ... best part is, reorders get a nice discount too :) I hope that helps.

“Great service arrived earlier than suggested which was handy for us! Badges looked good. Would have given 5 stars but the colours didn't quite match the sample images shared but they were close enough. Will use again for sure!”

“This was our first time ordering from Made by Cooper and we were pleased with the overall experience. Customer service was helpful throughout the design process and the goods arrived nicely packed and were high quality. My only disappointment was the 25% increase in the total cost of the order for expedited delivery, which seemed excessive.”

“I've always had good experiences with Made by Cooper, and this time is no exception. However I've just received my latest pins and one of the Pantone colours is not accurate (although it still looks good), and the clutches I ordered in 3 different colours arrived all in the same colour. Other than that, the detail is very on point and quality is really good. They also ended up sending a few more pins than I ordered :)”

“Friendly people and good quality products. No option to pre-pay VAT for EU imports (surprisingly, when asked about it they didn't even seem to think VAT mattered outside the UK). All the same, we would order from here again :)”
