“Good quality, fast order. Unfortunately, the colors are not matching 'due to the iron base metal being dark' . It is not normal to not be aware of it and not warn us before sending the products.”

“I love the hard enamel pins so much!! However, the deluxe clutches are a major let-down. Around 60% are loose or ill fitting. Decided to ship my orders with a spare replacement rubber clutch. Would absolutely order again but reconsider the clutch options this time. I wish there was a premium hard enamel pin option for 7 colours.”

“I was not impressed about the quality of the Patches , I checked one by one and they got some embroidery imperfection . I ordered the same item before elsewhere and I noticed a better quality.”

“The pins are good quality and arrived quickly but the colour of the pin is not the same as the design I submitted. It’s not terribly different but different enough to be noticed. I also had to confirm my approval 4 times before they started production. I receive email after email asking me to confirm, I did every time and it wasn’t until I sent customer service my own email that they finally started. Overall a good experience but a evidently a little frustrating and disappointing”

“Third time ordering custom hard enamel pins here. Madebycooper makes your designs come to life! A little bit disappointed that on every order I placed, some butterfly clutches were broken (or very loose)... consider taking another back option on your custom pins if you don’t want this problem! But I’m more than happy with my pins and will definitely order more in the future!”

“This is the second time I’ve used MBC for enamel pins and I’m pleased to say that the design stage was much more pleasant this time round. The person I liased with was so friendly and didn’t mind tweaking a few bits for me. The end result was stunning and I’m so pleased with the quality. My only issue is communication. It was non-existent for me so I seemed to have lucked out. My delivery date came and went and no one responded to my emails and when they did it was a case of “I’m sure this will happen, I’m sure that will happen.” Not particularly reassuring. I expected delays due to Covid but I thought that they’d at least try to communicate that to me before my delivery date came and went and I had to chase. Their non-advised hold ups have ramifications and knock on effects for their clients and when I tried to explain that, i felt I was being brushed off and just had to put up with it. Funnily enough, an email came out about a week later explaining delays which didn’t really help me.”

“Great service wonderful people. The reason I'm giving more stars is quality control. The badges themselves are ok, a little murky and the pins haven't been centered but vary considerably. Now, I did go for the cheapest option and with hindsight I maybe should have opted for the Premium option, which I probably will do next time”

“Unfortunately won’t use again. 3 stars are for a very clear email communication, heart pouring in-house designer and fast shipping. However, the final pin products I received are 50% flawed. Around 5% is a C grade, 45% B, 47% A and 3% is an AA, considering the accuracy of both line arts and how the enamel surface has turned out. There were extras for cutouts, limited at only 4 colors per pin, if not, another extras. So what I expected from the price I paid should have resulted more of the A grade pins. Without any chance to see pin samples, color samples or changing the color if it turned out too dull/bright in person, this production is almost a lottery. Overall it’s okay if you need a beautiful portfolio pin manu. I have ordered from Made by Cooper once, way before this order, and they turned out all AA grade pins! Just need to add a bit of luck! :)”

“I've used Made by Cooper before and have been really happy with the product - the colours and the finish are beautiful. Unfortunately this time around I went with the safety pin option on the back and a large number of the pins in my order were faulty as the clasps on the back did not work.”

“We printed some pins with Cooper. They were done quickly and look good, the only problem is we asked for a white substrate and what we received was definitely not white—more of a light gray/lavender. We wrote the company, which previously had very good communication, to ask if this was correct and got no response. Soon after I got this request for a review. The pins cost us $250 for 50 of them, it would be nice if they were the right color.”

“One of the items ordered was 100% sadly the second item was not as expected. MBC did agree to take the item back but we were charged a design fee which is what caused the incorrect expectation in the first place. I would use MBC again as the quality is very good. However, I would point out to other buyers to question every last detail to make sure you are ordering what you require.”

“Great socks but I ordered two shades of green (lawn stripes, light green, dark green) and sent a photo of the colours on another garment, but I got what is clearly green and yellow, so they look awful.”

Thanks for the review and you find the socks to be great quality, we've checked the design and colours supplied and find them to be correct in colour with two greens as approved.

“Sewing quality is very good and the payment process is excellent. I just miss seeing one sample of the real patch ( not a picture approval ) before going on with the rest of the production. I received a good quality item with some defects that could be saved if so.”

“The pin itself is very good quality but the silkscreen process is very poor. I don’t suggest to pay an extra if you want a well-done good-quality work cause they don’t put the silkscreen right to the area you want and they say it’s acceptable. (I already email and talk to them) I’d probably order them again cause they do make a great pin but just without a silkscreen.”
