“I placed my order and waited more than a month for it to be delivered following numerous emails that went unanswered. The telephone lines were turned off so it wasnt possible to contact the team. I finally reached them by posting on the facebook page, after which my order was despatched quickly.”

“Delivery on time, perfect condition. No hiccups encountered. I forgot Solar energy is pretty weak in the winter, subsequently the length of time that the lights operate is about 2 hours. Not Lyco's fault.”

“Lyco's products were good easy to find and met my expectations. Their carrier did not! For an overnight delivery, the package was tracked in their truck on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday until they finally advised hey had delivered the package yesterday. Not that I had seen it! Turns out they threw it over a 6 foot garden fence and it was lying in the rain when I found it.”

“Do not deal with this company - I ordered a batch of five fluorescent tubes from them and they were absolute rubbish - they would not fire up properly. When I tried to initiate a return the lighting direct website (to which Lyco directed me) denied knowledge of my order the I was charged £15.98 for the privilege which I want back. The only reason that I have given them one star is that there are no zero or negative stars. Do not touch this lot!”

The bulbs ordered were unfortunately not suitable for the intended application as the specifications were not compatible. We sell thousands of these T8 tubes annually with no similar feedback as yours. The reference number required to initiate the return on our website is the one that commences with the LETTER "O" from your invoice, as we highlight in the instructions. Using an incorrect reference number will result in an order not being found, as happened to you. The Customer Care Team

“Everything went really well with the order, up to the point it didn't arrive, the driver apparently left the package outside another companies door in the middle of an open industrial site on a Saturday, shock it wasn't there n Monday.”

“Excellent service...... Late Saturday evening - ordered 24 assorted sizes of small fluorescent tubes Sunday - Acknowledged with Invoice on Sunday. Monday afternoon - Delivered by Hermes. Well packed, protected with bubble wrapping.”

“The sales personel was so halpful and the porforma invoice was done within minutes and paid for. I opted for express delivery and was supposed to recieve the items quickly as I was for a Nursery and had to be fitted over the weekend. Although the delivery company said that my items were in a truck and on the way to me, I am still waiting for them. Really out of order. I will think twice for ordering in the future. K. Rafati”
