“The lamps arrived safe and sound, and were good value. I paid for express postage on Monday evening and they only arrived on Friday, hich was not helpful as I wasnted to use them immediately.”

“Ordered some LED GU10 bulbs which were a special design to fit my light fittings. The picture showed the correct style and I contacted Lyco before ordering to ensure that I would be getting exactly what was pictured on the website. They confirmed this but still sent me something different. Luckily they are plastic cased so can be adapted but that is not the point. Won't be using them again.”

“To be fair can't comment too much about Lyco but I paid £4.99 for express delivery and then find out it's Hermes who are supposed to be delivering a couple of small led lights, Hermes are just a joke in the north of Scotland, it could get delivered to anywhere if it ever gets delivered at all, if I'd known they were using Hermes I would have probably gone somewhere else, 4 days for express delivery and this is Friday so no chance now before Monday.”
