“I purchased a light from this company but made a mistake with address when ordering and put the billing address as the shipping address. I placed the order and realised immediately through reading the ack, contacted the company 7 times and asked them to change the del address, they said they couldn’t help me and basically that was that.”

“Service quality is poor. An order placed in November took over 4 weeks to fulfil despite 2 of the 3 items being in stock. The 3rd item was cancelled but payment taken at time of ordering it has not yet been refunded. Phone lines are not answered and emails are only sporadically replied to.”

Your order was placed online and no such instruction was included by you. Our lines are very busy at the moment so we are sorry if you had difficulty getting through. “Bought Smartwares Led Robotic Security Light (FSL-80114). Price much much lower than other sites. Delivery was a couple of days, well packed and on time. Product itself worked perfectly and as advertised. Regular emails to update buyer on delviery schedule.Overall very happy with the speed , quality and logistics of Lyco. I dont usually write review unless something is very good or very bad, so 5 stars from me from this company.”
