“Lyco's service is excellent. But they were let down by the service of FedEx! The parcel finally arrived two days after it was promised, and then the box was damaged although the lamps themselves were undamaged.”

“Delivered on time and in good order. Problem with contacting after purchase but sorted difficulty myself. It may have been different if I hadn't been able to resolved the problem as I got no reply to my request for help.”
