“From your online description, I was unsure if the item required was the correct size. Twas a wk-end & time running short before your sale expired with no one yr end to contact directly. I emailed twice. The 2nd email was to make a purchase-but only if the size was correct. I received a courteous explanatory email nxt day- allaying any fears and subsequent shipping out my purchase! Thank you. :-)”
