Used them several times with no problems. Given a large part of their business is lighting packaging is important. The fitting came in its own box surrounded by airbags inside a stout cardboard box. Since the fitting came without a bulb I ordered one at thee same time. I thought it would be in the main box but no it was sent in its own box again inside another again surrounded by airbags. Result both arrived undamaged. Despite being ordered just before the closing time for next day delivery, both items arrived at 11;30 am. On checking my e-mail first thing there was a message from couriers DPB say the parcels would be delivered between 11:20 and 12:20. All in all usual brilliant service from Lyco

Order placed 11June. Still no goods delivered 21 June. Full address supplied and confirmed but allegedly incomplete address reason for no delivery.

I am sorry you seem so disappointed with us however I am not sure quite sure how you have come to the conclusions you have.    Over two months after receiving your two wall lights you contacted us to advise one was the wrong colour finish.  For this we apologised and immediately sent out the correct light despite the considerable time lapse.  Arrangements were made by us for the return of the unwanted item.  Subsequently you contacted us again having changed your mind about keeping the replacement and thus this was collected along with the original unwanted product.  At all times you were dealt with efficiently and professionally hence my surprise at your comments regarding the quality of customer service you received. Your review of the product is also a touch baffling given you have elected to keep one of the wall lights instead of availing of our Change Your Mind Guarantee Returns Service.   We work very hard to provide excellent customer service and when periodically things do not go as they should weimmediately act to remedy matters in order to minimise the inconvenience to our customer, as I believe we did in your case.

i ordered a kit of ten spike lights i spoke to the customer services and told them they hadnt sent the bulbs for the ten lamps which clearly states that they are supplied but the lady says not she promised to return my call but never did so i think lyco service is terrible

Product was what I requested. Came one day later and cheaper than the shop where I originally bought them from. Incidentally I have been to the shop three times still waiting for them. Will be looking here first in future. Great work keep it up.
