“Used them several times with no problems. Given a large part of their business is lighting packaging is important. The fitting came in its own box surrounded by airbags inside a stout cardboard box. Since the fitting came without a bulb I ordered one at thee same time. I thought it would be in the main box but no it was sent in its own box again inside another again surrounded by airbags. Result both arrived undamaged. Despite being ordered just before the closing time for next day delivery, both items arrived at 11;30 am. On checking my e-mail first thing there was a message from couriers DPB say the parcels would be delivered between 11:20 and 12:20. All in all usual brilliant service from Lyco”
