“Quick turnaround - no problems”

“Lights arrived before date they were due to be back in stock. Summer sale convinced us to buy. Personally I dislike Hermes as a delivery service. Their lack of telephone communication as an option is poor. Products were delivered to a neighbour even though we confirmed we wouldn?t be able to receive delivery.”

“A little slower than some suppliers on despatch. No indication given at order, of delivery time-scale. Ordered Saturday, despatched Wednesday. Don't when actually delivered as found in garage (as instructed) on Saturday, but no card to say delivery had been made. Not a problem in this instance, but if hoping for 24-48 hour turnaround as many Web suppliers it would have been a disapointment”

“A raelly useful on-line shopping facility.Wide range of products at competitive prices. Usually prompt delivery but this last order placed on Friday 6th Jan.did not arrive until Wednesday 11th which is unusually tardy.”

“I found the range of light bulbs excellent and I was able to assess the different widths of the bulb-neck from the illustrations. I was almost discouraged from using the service because of the expensive delivery ; I would prefer a longer delivery time and cheaper delivery charges.”

“The website was a little bit confusing but got there in the end. Once I had placed the order I got a confirmation email same day with a delelivery date. Goods arrived on time and in good condition.”

“Very efficient service but item found to be damaged upon arrival. However one call to Lyco and a replacement was soon received. Would certainly recommend Lyco, although I am unable to comment on the product until it is fitted.”
