“Item took 3 days to arrive when it was stated to be next day delivery. However customer services were helpful and item arrived very well packaged.”

“I find Lyco very good at delivering in a short time I ordered 4 bulbs from them about 3 or 4 days ago 1 of the bulbs blew after1 hour use only That is not good use for a bulb Can I have it replaced? PERSONAL INFORMATION REMOVED BY FEEFO”

“Prefer the ease of ordering online. We do not like getting catalogues through the post and bin them straight away - a waste. Would prefer if the website had more images of what you are selling.”

“Received my lights on the earlier of the two delivery dates I was given, and they arrived in good condition. However, on ordering I was not informed that there was not enough stock of my item, so delivery was a little later than expected and I had to phone to find out about expected delivery. Stock information at the time of ordering, and expected delivery times, would be a useful addition to the website. Customer service very polite and helpful, however.”
