“Don't seem to have enough stock of my regular bulbs, i.e, 25w spirals. I also need a compact spiral with an ES cap which I have to go else where for. A part from these small issues, I think Lyco provide a good service.”

“product looks good but arrived in damaged packaging. I thought it was all there until I came to put them up today - I then realized that one of the latching clips had been dislodged in transit and was missing. I will be emailing Lyco tomorrow. Unusual for them their packaging is usually excellent - almost over the top but it is fragile goods! Iain Stevenson”

Thank you for your order and for taking the time to leave feedback. We have tried various methods of transport over the years and only Fedex have offered us the careful handling our goods need and reliability and courtesy our customers deserve so although they are slightly more expensive we believe it is worth that little extra. “The delivery guy (FedEx) had to call three times as I was not in the first two. When the purchase was arranged, if it had been possible to give instructions in this event, two unnecessary and wasted visits could have been avoided. Perhaps this should be routine.”

Thnak you for your comments. We do routinely advise FedEx of specific delivery instructions on behalf of our customers. This service is available by contacting our customer service team as we understand that with busy lives customers are often not able to wait in for their consignments.
